I purchased these in the Tomato Red color -- great color! But did not fit like all the other ECCO shoes I have, in which I am a faithful 39 -- these felt a half-size small. Obviously I have to return them, but really cute otherwise!

I love Ecco shoes, they are usually the best fit for my foot and have great arch support. This shoe is nice, but it didn't fit my foot quite right. Also, I would have preferred a leather sock, instead of the fabric inside. I want a perfect fit for that price. Prefer the Cayla lace (Ecco), not as cute, and may be discontinued now, but I walked a month in Europe with them and they were wonderfully comfortable with no breaking in period.

This shoe was very comfortable except across the toes. A little more room there would have given it a 5

It is so hard to find "red" shoes that are actually red! These are called "tomato" and they are the color of a ripe summer tomato! After numerous attempts at red over the years with various styles of sandals and shoe and receiving pink, orange, burgundy, dark red but not true red--these hit the mark! Okay, ECCO--make me some sandals in this color!!!

I'm 50. These are the first pair of shoes that I've ever owned that fit me. Nay. That make me feel normal. I've been wearing shoes that are two wide for me for essentially 35 years. An American 'narrow,' for some reason, much like that mythical American wild west, is still so expansive that, come shoe shopping time, I just got used to all that open space. Like the pioneers did. It was a little less open space than the Great Plains I'd come across in 'medium' widths. Look, my feet match my build. I'm tall. I'm thin. These shoes flatter me. That being said, I don't think they are comfortable. There isn't much arch support, and I feel like I'm walking on a slab of rubber. Which, essentially, I am. I paid a lot of money for them. And yet, perhaps because I've otherwise been wearing clown shoes for the majority of my life, I can't bear to part with them. They are, I might add, super stylish. AND cute. Oh my God. I DO love them. Such a shame they don't make my feet feel good.

I love the way these look but they run about half a size too big and the ones in my size just did not fit my feet right. I so badly wanted these to work. They are made from nice leather and are comfortable.

This shoe is very comfortable especially in the arch. Great walking shoe. I don't particularly like the toe piece. It looks like a patch over the front of the shoe. It doesn't appear to be that prominent on the web, but when I received the shoe, I was surprised to see how it took away from the style. It didn't have that sleek look as it appears on the web. Also, the soles of the shoe are not smooth. It has little raise circles all over the sole, which I found interfered with driving my car. As I moved my foot from the gas peddle to the brake, the little circles would impede quick movement. I will not be using these shoes again when I drive. These are strictly walking shoes.

I love Ecco and really wanted to make these work. They run narrow but the insole is made to be removed so that it is a wider width which makes it a normal width. However, then the shoe loses some arch support and heal comfort. It does have great arch support which I love. However, the seams across the toes were uncomfortable and they costs too much to not fit like a glove. Great quality shoe, just not for me.

A soft and attractive leather shoe. And very supportive as well. Love the color. First saw at Macy's, but the size marked on box size 6 which they say is a 37 European size was too big. I think US 6 is usually 36. So, ordered size 36 and fit perfectly.

Love them. Comfy, stylish Hate wearing white sneakers. I can wear these and not look like a grandma! Worth the price.

I bought these after doing a bunch of research to see what would fit my prescription orthotics. They were so tight as received that I didn’t bother to put them on with my orthotics in. Orthotics did fit in the shoes, but the shoes did not fit.

The inset sole is hard as a rock. I hoped this would have been a solution to the problem of slim widths being discontinued by almost all manufacturers. Bring back your old styles that had an elastic lace up. Fit well, even though not slims, and I'm always getting compliments and people asking where I bought them.

These shoes are just okay -- not particularly comfortable.

The junction where the toe piece is sewn to the side flaps is lumpy and rubs my toes.

I'm a size 8US. I bought both the 7-7.5 and 8-8.5. Neither fit my foot. The smaller was very narrow. Unfortunately returned both. Cute style. Went with Taos instead.

Shoe is way too stiff and not very comfortable out of the box

I echo many of the other reviewers. I discovered soft 7 early in Pandemic when more informality was ok in the workplace. These shoes were soooo comfortable with no break-in and cute, as well. I got plenty of compliments! I bought 5 pairs over the next couple of years ending I think in late 2021. Didn’t need any more until this last pair in Indigo, It has a narrower toe box and pinched my big toe on my dominant right foot. I am as disappointed as many of these reviewers. Please fix this Ecco!! You had a winning shoe in the past and we notice the difference. FYI I am skinny with an average width foot, I did not give comfort 4 stars as this says. More like 3 .

This would have been my 3rd pair of the Soft 7 but the bronze fit very differently from my other 2 pairs (white and black). The toe box was wide enough but not high enough so my toes ended up squished from the top. Support was great as always. Unfortunately returning but the Zappos return policy is great and so easy.

I like the Ecco brand and colors that are offered (I ordered the rose) however these shoes seemed to be cut a little narrow in the toe box. I have a slightly wide left foot, so these just didn't work for me. The nubuck material is nice and has a better look than an athletic shoe which is what I mostly wear--and I'm tired of. I don't care for the Ecco laces, for some reason they are stiff and hard to manage, this seems the case in all of their shoes like this. Yes, they can be replaced but as a consumer, I don't think I should have to. Because of the fit I returned them.

great leather and great color--problem for me was the shoe fit too tightly and when I removed the insole as suggested, althought the fit was better, there was not enough support

Leather was not as soft as the previous version of this model, pinched where the forefoot flexes. I had to return.

This shoe was unlike other Ecco sneakers I have worn. It was tough to get on.

Loved the style and color but they are very stiff and no cushioning and my heel slips. I tried an inner sole but that made the slipping worse. I was buying these for a trip but cannot imagine walking around in these all day.

Ugly! Leather looks plastic and white is yellowish looking. For this kind of money shoe should be attractive not just comfortable.
