I just received my Zappos order today ~ I ordered 4 pairs of sneakers all of very similar styling. This pair was my favorite but was just too snug. I was ready to box them back up until I read a reviewer who had the same fit but said that hers fit after removing the extra cushioned insole. I tried it and they fit perfectly now! They still have great arch support without the extra pad. My experience with another pair of Ecco shoes that I had was that there will be some stretching and then, perhaps, the extra insole will be just what I need to snug them up a bit. I got the marine blue and they'll be perfect for the darker denims I prefer to wear. Worth the money!

These are really nice and modern looking shoes and I really wanted to keep them but I have a slightly narrow foot and these were slipping on my heels. Sadly, had to return.

LOVE these sneakers. They're comfortable right out of the box, have support so my feet don't ache, and they look really cute with all kinds of outfits. I'm definitely going to get another color.

These sneakers are both insanely comfortable and very stylish. My 12-year old daughter saw them and said "they're cool! can I have a pair?" So glad I bought them. Comfortable, even without socks.

the fit is great and they are very comfortable. I am returning them because they are really not white. They are more a light gray.

I like the looks of these shoes, found them comfortable and had hoped to keep them and wear them often. However, I found the thick laces and the way they were laced to be awkward and time-consuming. Also, my heels slipped, even with thick socks. I wish I could wear them, but these shoes are just not for me.

These were great shoes, fit well, super foot support for even my problem feet. Could wear these with no orthotic like my other Eccos. Plus, these had the added benefit of being able to remove the insole where there was an additional lining insole for more room in the shoe! Great idea Ecco. My only problem with this shoe was the horrible squeak that occurred in the left shoe. For some reason, even after removing the insole, the left shoe had a terrible squeaky sound with each step. By the time I realized this, they had run out of my size in the light blue color which was the only one I liked. Had to return but may buy again when they come back in stock.

Cute styling, but a bit on the clunky side for narrow feet. There could be more cushioning, but adding an orthotic might help. Sadly, had to return.

12 years ago I shattered my ankle, resulting in multiple surgeries and a ton of foot problems. Finding comfortable AND cute shoes has become a never ending quest. It's amazing how the right (or wrong) shoe can change your quality of life. It's also amazing how the wrong shoe can limit your life entire wardrobe style. I had to check my pride at the door years ago and compromise style just so I could get through the day without popping 6 Advil and icing my foot. I can't even begin to express how excited I am about these shoes. They are SO CUTE on my feet AND quite possibly the most comfortable pair I've found, right out of the box! I can walk for hours and my feet do amazing. Just hopped on to purchase my 3rd pair. Thank you ECCO!!

I bought a pair (1) week ago and they are so supportive and comfortable. I just ordered my sister a pair and I know she will enjoy them as much as I have.

I purchased the floral tennis shoe about a month ago, and wow, wow, wow!!!! I never knew just how comfortable the Ecco brand was! I absolutely love this shoe. Cute as can be, as well! Once in a while I suffer from plantar fasciitis, and this shoe was ideal, even when I had to work on my feet all day last week! I was so impressed with the quality and fit, that I just purchased another pair. I rarely do that. In this case, however, money absolutely well spent! Great product, great experience with Zappos!

I bought these in the black for a two-week trip to Italy. We walked sometimes 8 miles a day on cobblestone streets, and these shoes were comfortable out of the box. There was no break-in period. The leather looked nicer and more fashionable than wearing running shoes. I love the black laces, which dressed up the shoe even more. Our Italian guide even checked them out to see what the brand was! I wore them with T-shirt dresses and with shorts and with skinny jeans on the plane. Really cushioned, and the leather is super soft. I normally wear a size 7 in shoes and 7.5 in sneakers. I bought the size 38, which fit perfectly. I would buy more pairs if they weren't so expensive, but I know I'll get tons of wear out of these at home, too.

Purchased these flats hoping they would be both soft, comfortable and supportive for my high arches. I love the neutral color and the comfort. Although the arch support is probably enough for most people, I bought these with room for my inserts with additional arch support and they work even better. So far I am very satisfied with the shoe and the fast delivery was even better!

I -love- these sneakers! (I bought another pair in black too.) I wear these commuting to work, on long walk around the city, and even on day long walking tours abroad. My mom and I both have them and can't get enough. They're well made and very lightweight compared to most sneakers. The only thing I recommend is buying some kind of wax, spray, and/or leather cleaner to go with these. They're pretty hard to keep clean, but if you start them off with a protective coating they should be just fine. (I didn't and it took mine awhile to look pitiful.)

These shoes were just what I wanted but the size I usually wear was sold out so I ordered size smaller. Almost fit but not quite. I would definitely reorder if my size becomes available.

I bought these for a cruise we are about to take. I know there will be lots of walking on our excursions. I wanted to make sure they are feeling good before we leave, so i wore them all day shopping at the mall. They were wonderful! I wore a very light socks with them. I had ordered 1/2 size up, since I do that with my New Balance walking shoes, since feet swell when on them all day. These shoes will work out wonderfully. Even though it's 95 degrees here, and everyone else is wearing sandals, they were fine. We are traveling around the British Isles, so it will be cooler. They also look great!

Love these shoes, my second pair! Trekked all around Europe with not hot spots or tired legs. The BEST all around walking shoe.

The perfect walking sneaker with style! It's not a sneaker. It's not a shoe. It's just a styling walking machine. I love the style and I am very particular about how my walking shoe feels. This one feels great! Lots of insole padding and arch support. Great for traveling or just everyday use.

I'm currently walking all around dreary, rainy Dublin in these, and they are so comfortable! They are keeping my feet dry (though I'm not doing any puddle jumping) and are perfectly comfortable without socks. Highly recommend for European vacations!

I'm not one to write reviews but these shoes are so comfortable and cute that I had to share my experience. I'm usually just shy of a size 9 and a little narrow in the heel. These Soft VII sneakers fit my feet perfectly. As in other reviews, the soft leather interior makes it easy to wear without socks. I love the cut of the Soft VII. Sporty and cute enough so a 50ish mom can hang with her teen kids and look somewhat cool. I'm going to buy another pair right now.

I received these shoes yesterday and they were SO cute, I couldn't resist wearing them to work today. Typically with most shoes there is a breaking-in period. Not so with these! This shoe is the most unbelievably comfortable pair of shoes that I have purchased. Have already gotten many compliments. And thank you, other reviewers, for mentioning plantar fasciitis. Since I suffer from this every once in a while, reading how these shoes were helpful for this condition gave me the push to make the purchase. And I'm glad I did! And, thank you Zappos ~ I can't believe how quickly these were shipped to me. Great experience AND great shoes!

I love these shoes. I wear a 12 and it's rare that I can find something that's cute and doesn't look like I'm wearing boats. I checked that they are narrower than marked because while they fit my feet perfectly, mediums are usually a little too wide for me. They are wonderfully comfortable, so much so, that I ordered a pair in black as well.

I love this shoe. I wear orthotics but I don't need them with this shoe. I wear a sz 12 womens and love the fact that my feet don't look like it in these shoes. I've only bought the solid leather options so I don't know about the prints. One more thing- the laces stay tied! This is big. No bending over to retie them all the time. On my 2nd pr. with many more to come in my future as long as Ecco doesn't change anything about this shoe. Try it. I think you'll love it too.

I love these. I'm an Ecco fan anyway, but these are so cute. I like a plain white shoe to run around in for the summer and they go with almost all my skirts. The fit well, don't rub blisters, hit my ankle just right and I will be buying another pair in a dark color for fall.
