I LOVE these sneakers. Perfect fit, good lucks, and really comfortable. I bought them in navy and they look stylish with jeans or any casual look. Definitely recommend.

Ecco Soft VII sneakers are my favorite shoes. I have three pairs in black leather. They feel great on my feet, don't hurt anywhere, and are excellent for walking. The black leather is soft, just as it should be. I ordered a pair of Ecco Soft VII sneakers in silver with black soles. The right shoe fits perfectly. The left is too tight around the ball of the foot. I kept the shoes for several weeks hoping the left shoe tightness was temporary. Turns out the problem is not my foot, it is the shoe. Many thanks to Zappo's for their excellent selection and customer service.

I have this shoe in black leather. Love it so much that I got it in a second color.

07/17 I bought Warm Grey and it's a shiny gold. I like the color though. Back for another color in the same shoe 02/18. I have bunions and toes that hurt when a shoe rubs on the top of the toe-knuckle part. These are very comfortable in both areas. Cushiony and supportive when walking. Arch support is adequate, not fabulous.

This floral on a bluish gray background, and another pair of beige with different floral are favorites that I ordered a year ago..Feb 2017..and wear so often I think I should get more of the ECCO Soft VII Sneakers before there is a design change. Only 1 floral (same as this) now available, and a bunch of solids. The only objection I have is the use of white laces on dark shoes..tan or black or matching laces preferred, but these shoes fit my very difficult foot well. I wear an 8 or 8.5, usually the larger. When younger, I wore a narrow, with a more narrow heel fit, but combination lasts seldom found anymore. Now I have flat feet that pronate a bit and arthritis in my big toes, so I need decent arch support (I often insert an Orthaheel footbed), and a roomy toe box but a close fitting heel in an 8.5 Medium. With a lightweight stretchy, graduated compression sock that I usually wear, these shoes are super..and they are attractive on my foot.For a trip to Ireland last year, I sprayed the leather with a coat of waterproofing which worked well.

These shoes run small in length. They're really cute, but I had to return them.

I work on my feet all day. These shoes are absolutely amazing. I will be buying more in other covers. I highly recommend these for extreme comfort.

These were really cute, but too narrow for my wide feet. The color was not as shown either. On the web they look beige, but they are definitely gray as the color states. If they weren't so narrow I would have kept them.

Purchased these in gold. Very comfortable once the left shoe stretched enough to accomodate my bunion. Spring footbed support without being overly thick.

Very pleased with these. I got them in navy last year, and just adore them. I just went back to get the black ones with the black laces -- They looks less sneaker-y, and more downtown. But the soft leather makes them as comfortable as the day is long. I confess that I found the same named sneaker at a department store (online) for a much lower cost but when it arrived (sad trombone sound), it was some kind of knock-off or mislabeled version. So I came back. (Why ever stray from my dependable Zappos?)

These sneaker were just what I was looking for! I wanted black leather, not too casual or chunky, to go with my travel wardrobe. I need support and comfort above all, and these fit the bill.

I researched for the perfect travel shoe, and these bad boys turned out to be all I could have hoped for, and more! These were purchased for my travels to Cuba, where we walked 70 miles within 1 week! No pain in my feet, back, or legs. I lovingly grin every morning while putting these on... best purchase ever! I went with white because I love the classic look of white tennies. My husband thought I was crazy to get white, but since they are leather, they stay pretty clean! I also was worried they would look like old lady shoes, but they don't at all! Super Cute!

The grown up version! I’ve been wanting a more sophisticated yet casual tennis shoe. This Ecco version is a Classic style.. these navy leather lace up tennis shoes are Comfortable, with moderate arch support. Love these!

I love these shoes! I bought them as travel shoes and I think they will be comfy, somewhat substantial, and fairly stylish. They were comfy right out of the box-with a little no show sock, that is! I'd have preferred to go sockless but the footbed liner thing in the left shoe was cut improperly and left a gap between it and the shoe. I wanted to exchange them for a 'perfect' pair but also wanted to wear them immediately. So, with the sock I don't even notice the gap, thank goodness! Anyway, I wore them all day today with no rubbing, etc. Great shoe! I saw the hitop version at the Nordstrom sale and they were really cute too! I'll have to see if Zappos carries them. Oh, BTW, these shoes make your foot look really small.

These are my favorite tennis shoes. They are so soft and comfortable all day long! They feel true to size, i am usually a 7.5-8 and I bought a 38 and they fit perfectly.

These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn! Well worth the money. I can walk miles in these all day long and they're still just as comfy as when I put them on. Highly recommended!

I bought these shoes to wear for a fall conference that required me to be on my feet a lot. But I didn't want to wear my tennis shoes or my Ahnu (open). This was perfect. They are very comfortable and stylish. I wore them with a dress and made it hip and also with black ankle pant suit and looked good too. It was comfortable for a couple of miles' walk by the Charles in Boston. So, overall, I am happy with my purchase. It felt a little tight in the front (I have medium width feet) but loosening the lace a bit helped. So did breaking the shoes in for a couple of hours at home before the first wear.

These sneakers are not only classy, but so comfortable as well. My usual sneaker size is a 7 1/2, so I first tried the 38 which was too long. The 37 is just right. These are super stylish. You will love them. Thank you Zappos for the best customer service!

Love this shoe. I now own two pairs, and they are very well made, with a defined arch and nice thick sole. I normally wear a W width, and find these wides are narrower than other shoes, but they stretch out nicely and fit my foot perfectly now. I got the navy blue, and I wish they would have died the laces blue to match like in some of the colors. a fun shoe to wear with ankle length jeans.

I love, love, love these shoes! I have a hard time finding shoes that fit well. This was my first time trying eccos and I must say I am very impressed. I ordered a half size up (I'm 9.5, but got a 41) and when I received them they fit pretty well: not as much width in the toe as I was hoping, but my heel didn't slide out which was great. After a couple of wears the toe box has stretched a little and now they are my most comfortable shoes I own. The insole is supportive enough that I can walk in them all day and they are waterproof enough for me to walk home in the Washington rain. The white with floral design is sooo cute and I get compliments all the time! If you are concerned about the sole looking too thick, don't worry. To me they were not as thick in person as they looked in the picture which was what I was hoping for. I can't wait to try more shoes by this brand. :D

Total comfort. I could wear these shoes 24/7 straight out of the box. Feel like heaven and cute too.

These are my go to sneakers. I got the pale blue and they go with all my casual clothes. They're comfy, cute and I'll buy another color in the future. Love 'em!

Cute shoe. Fun to wear with skirts. Fairly decent support. Purchased in two colors. Although the insole on the first pair is a little bit more comfortable. No appreciable difference upon inspection so not sure why the difference. Maybe needs a little more break in time. Still kept them both.

This is a good sneaker for women who want a casual but not heavy, thick look. They a more feminine than the Chase II and shaped similar to the classic Keds sneaker with more support and cushioning. They weren't as cushioned as I hoped, but didn't want the memory foam feel either. I find Sketchers slip-ons make my feet and ankles ache after a couple of hours whereas a more rigid cushion usually works better for me. I expect these will do fine as I love my other Ecco shoes. I will use a half insert for more arch support. I have high arches and these didn't seem to have quite enough for me. Otherwise the shoe is beautiful, great quality leather and trim appearance. I like to travel and I am picky about comfort and quality. These are a keeper for me. The length and width are perfect. In some brands, in certain shoes (Clarks, Sam Edelman) I wear a 9 and in others I wear a 9.5. In Euro sizes I have always found 40 is a good bet.
