Beyond EXCELLENT!!! This white sneaker was a bit more than I wanted to spend, but except for the higher price, there are only positives. It is so incredibly comfortable, you have to experience the feel of the inside of the shoe and the flexibility to believe it. The white is true white. I personally like that it has cloth laces instead of leather because the leather ones are so hard to tie and keep tied. I am a straight up 6, always a 6, always a medium. Like many European sized shoes, a half size would be nice to have as European shoes just tend to run big anyway...i.e. I ordered a 37 as recommended as a 6-6 1/2, but probably could have had a 36. which it says is a 5-5 1/2 which I NEVER wear. I just tightened up the laces and i am good to go. Or, if you need to wear socks with them you could. But good news! With Zappo's excellent customer service, you could exchange the shoes if you find you have the same problem!

I ordered a black pair and a cashmere pair of this sneaker. And then I had to choose- super tough choice but I went with the black. These are cute, comfortable and fit true to size. Wish I could keep them both!

I love Eccos, and this shoe does not disappoint. It is comfortable, and feels true to size. I can wear this one right out of the box. I highly recommend them!

True to size,comfortable and well made. Insole is removable if needed. Feels like a good solid shoe. Plan to purchase another color as well if they wear as good as they look.

Ecco has always been my go-to shoe, but these are greatly lacking in cushy support in the foot bed. Also, there is a weird bump along the outside of the heel, not comfortable. Love 'em, but had to leave 'em. I want cushy shoes that I can walk 10 miles in.

Just too metallic for me personally. I thought it would be more gray which is why I am returning. Shoes were very, very comfortable and I am likely to order in a different color.

Cute shoe but the tongue scrapes on the top of my foot. These will go back.

These shoes are cream ouffs for my sensitive feet. I would quibble with the laces (need double knotting) and im finding the heel to be slightly too wide, but the interior shaping with its dropped heel more than compensate. And, they totally add to my hipster cred- assuming i have any!

I love these sneakers! I have been on the hunt for a casual sneaker that still provides support and will last and won't look like an orthotic. I found all that in this shoe. I had a pair of ecco boots for a couple years that I love and as I was reordering those I looked into what other styles they make and found these. I read reviews and others said they were narrow and to try the men's size, I ordered both and the women's shoe felt and fit better. These go with leggings or jeans and probably even skirts too. This feels like a whole new world.

This is my 3rd pair of the Ecco Soft sneakers. I love these shoes and this pair is no exception. I wear a 7.5 usually and the 38 are perfect! The laces on this pair are a little more stiff than my first pair. Each pair has a little different type of laces. Not sure why?? They are not a problem though because I can put these on out of the box and walk all day.

So disappointed. As per earlier comment the blue ombre squeak. Really Squeak. I ordered another color and they"re fine. Must be the material that these are made of.

Love this shoe! I wear a size 9 in comfort brands and the 9 fit perfect with room for my orthotics. Roomy toe box without that boxy look. Walked around DC all day straight out of the box with no blisters. Ordering another color!

Beautiful shoes! Just too narrow for my foot. Seems feet must be getting wider with age.

I so wanted to keep these. I love the way they look, the leather and the great way they are made. There is just something that doesn't fit though - at least for me. The ankles are too loose and even though I tried two sizes, I know I'd regret keeping them after one good walk. So Sorry. Great shoes!!

Second pair (different color) of the Soft VII Sneaker. I use them for everyday wear, perhaps with a bit of extra walking (shopping, etc.). They are very comfortable, have good foot bed support and my crummy feet, feel very good in these.

Returned. The seam on the tongue presses painfully on bunion.

Very comfortable. I did order a size larger than normal because of the included insoles.

I really wanted to like these. I needed comfortable walking shoes. No problem with the comfort, however the color is too metalic and shiny for my liking, much more so that the picture would indicate. Returned these.

Nice, rich looking and feeling shoe but ran narrow for me :(

Comfortable right out of the box. Wore them same day traveling through airports. Great shoe!

comfy and stylish

I like the style right away. They did fit and me heel did not slip as it usually does in a size 9. After wearing them around the house for awhile I took them off and saw that the top of my left big toe was all irritated. I think this particular shoe box is not deep enough for me. I'm very disappointed because they are a lot nicer than sneakers.

I found these to be a bit narrow in the front (it was rubbing on the side of my little toe). I am considering purchasing the identical shoe in the men's version to get a wider toe box. Otherwise, the shoe was very cute and had a comfortable foot bed.

I love these shoes--the look and the fit. But both shoes have a rough "bump" inside and under one of the eyelets that rub my feet and are very uncomfortable, so they have to go back. So sorry

Awesome shoe, however they are narrow and I have to return them. Great color Navy!
