I really wanted to love these shoes, but I couldn't keep them on the back of my heel. Sadly, I am returning the shoes.

I normally wear a 7W in most shoes. Before ordering these, I read several reviews and noticed many were suggesting ordering a WW because the W is not wide enough. I took the advice and ordered a 7WW. The only way I can describe how these shoes felt when I tried them on is bone crushing. Even in a WW there is no room in the toe box especially if you have bunions or have had bunion surgery. The other problem with this shoe is the front of the shoe is not very flexible because of the little platform under the toebox. I have purchased size 7WW in other Naturalizer pumps in the past and they were fine. I doubt a larger size would have helped since the length seemed okay. From a style standpoint, they are a bit frumpy looking even though the heel is high; the toe is too rounded and the material covering your foot not deep enough to look good. These are like granny shoes with a high heel; they make no sense.

I have worn Naturalizers in size 9N for more years than I care to remember. However, the heel on these shoes slipped right off! I liked the style, but can't keep them on my feet! I'm disappointed. I'm also disappointed that there are fewer and fewer stylish shoes in narrow widths. I'm going to be relegated to wearing styles for seniors!

These are surprisingly uncomfortable. The shoes are very stiff and clunky and the footbed is unforgiving. I have worn them several times to work and always regret it. They have not broken in even a little. The style is boring and too chunky. I wish that I had not bought these.

While the shoe is pretty, it is not a wide width. I fit comfortably into an average wide width. However this shoe is so narrow, I could not fit my foot into the shoe. So disappointing!!!

I'm mainly writing this review to remind buyers to make sure they put the correct shoe size in the correct box when returning. Someone probably tried on a 9m and a 9w and unfortunately for me they sent back the 9w in the 9m box and I got wide shoes rather than the medium I ordered. I know Zappos will take the return back no problem, but if they don't fix it, someone else will be in the same situation I am, wrong shoe.

I purchased a size 6 and you guys sent me heels that are not the same length. One shoe is way to big and not true to size while the other fits. You can see the discrepancy in the size

I had high hopes for these shoes. But the second I put them on my left foot I felt a stab of nerve pain shoot from my toes. This is before any walking or anything. Then I put the right on one and even stronger nerve pain. I had never ever felt anything like that with any shoes before - even when trying on a pair that was too small. So I thought naively that maybe if I got up and walked (on carpet) I can get the position of my feet right and it should be fine. Well no such luck. Not only did the nerve pain hit all over both my feet but the shoes kept trying to fly off my feet as well. I have no choice to return. In contrast I also tried on at the same time 3 pairs of high heeled boots with no issue whatsoever. I needed a solid basic pair of black pumps and Naturalizer always works for me. My most painless pair of heels is from this brand. But I'll have to keep searching I guess.

So disappointed! I ordered a 6.5 WW and the shoes were so narrow!

I really wanted these shoes to fit me. I have a wide foot and was thrilled to find a stylish nude pump that was available in a C width. I put them on and wore them around the house for a while and sat down at my computer. Within 15-20 minutes, I could no longer feel my toes. They had gone numb. Sadly, I packed them up and sent them back.
