Low in the toe box which cut into my foot. There is no way I could stand for any meaningful period of time. I might try them again a half size larger. They looked nice. I have returned the shoes. I still want a dressy navy shoe and I am willing to go sandal rather than closed shoe.

These are so comfortable it breaks my heart to return them but....when you walk the air being pushed out of the cushioned sole sounds like the shoe is farting every few steps. Can't have that!

The double wide is more like a regular wide. Very narrow.

I really wanted to like these heels. They look great but they were just so tight! Sending back.

I wanted to love this shoe. I had been eyeing this shoe for months because everyone talks about how comfortable naturalizers are, and my new job requires me to dress up often. The shoes were too pricey, but finally they went on sale. I bought every combination of size I could to try to get the perfect fit. I bought the 7.5 and 7 in wide and medium and narrow. I had to return them all. I almost kept the 7 medium because it fit just like pumps are supposed to, tight but not too tight with minimal gap between the back of the shoe and my heel. But the more I walked around the house, the more I realized that my 4th toe was beginning to get a blister, and I was even wearing tights. Very disappointing. I've never been told that I have wide toes before, but if you do I would beware of these. I never thought it would be so hard to find pumps that fit my feet and are comfortable.

I was still trying to find my heel size when I bought these. I wore them to an interview, and I shouldn't have. Now I'm stuck with them. I got terrible blisters on both my smallest two toes and learned the hard way that I should be in an WW. I ordered the WW in this style and another pump in this brand and both were still too tight in the toe box! I'd avoid this brand. The WW in a SAS sandal fit me beautifully.

These shoes are not the style they appeared to be, for me. When viewing them from above, they have a lot more coverage than expected on the sides which I didn't find flattering. Also I ordered my size 5.5 but they felt about a half size too big.

Disappointed in this shoe. I am a size 9.5W in other brands, but the 9.5W in this shoe was too narrow. It felt like a B width. I had to return.

I loved these in the shiny black -- true to size and comfortable, HOWEVER, they squeaked and made unflattering sounds when I walked around the house in them! Maybe it was just the black shiny patent leather so I'm going to try them in the taupe and hope that they don't make all the noise! Too bad!

The wide width was great, but it was too high for me.

I could barely get my foot into this shoe. My toes were squashed.

I bought the Caramel leather and quite honestly was pretty disappointed. I was expecting to get a leather heel and instead the finish has a shimmer/sheen to it (not glittery, but a shimmer) and the heel was wrapped in the same finish, but adhered very poorly. I will be returning these shoes sadly, because they are rather comfortable.

I bought the "chai leather," and it was oddly shiny, kind of iridescent - very cheap looking. Comfortable but returned.

I ordered WW. Unfortunately this pair is not double W. Insole of the shoe is wide, build is not wide build. Very thick insole makes this pair really tight as well. Definitely order a bigger size.

I am very disappointed in this shoe. I have always been able to count on Naturalizer for my shoes....especially my pumps. I wear a size 4M and they have always fit perfectly. For me, that is a BIG DEAL. I have SMALL feet and small ankles. I need foot bed comfort in addition to a lower heel height. My foot is just a bit over 8 inches long, so wearing more than a 2 1/2 inch heal in just not doable for me. I would be on my tiptoes in anything higher. I am happy with the heal height and the design, HOWEVER, I am VERY disappointed in this shoe! It is NOT a size 4...it is more like a size 5. The heel width is VERY wide. It will not stay on my heel even with heel guards. I needed these shoes for an upcoming wedding, and because of my size 4 foot, I cannot not just go shoe shopping in a day for a pair of shoes. I was not worried, as I have always had good luck with Naturalizer sizing. I was desperate, so I tried insoles and heel hugger inserts to try to keep them on my feet. They were STILL too big! This shoe is NOT true to size! It runs a whole size larger and is more like a Wide in the heel. Naturalizer, PLEASE fix this! Keep the style and 2 1/2 heel height, but PLEASE fix the SIZING!

I ordered these shoes because they are super cute. I wear a 9-9 1/2 narrow. Unfortunately even though Naturalizer makes shoes in a narrow width, they were not narrow enough. My heel kept slipping up as I walked. I found better luck with Clarks. I am disappointed these didn't work out.
