It's a beautiful shoe, but I have a narrow foot and even in my normal size (8 1/2 Narrow) my foot just slips right out of the heel. The length seems correct otherwise, but they are impossible to wear. Sending them back.

Classy and comfortable are difficult to find but these shoes have hit the nail on the head.

This is a beautiful shoe -- love the black/gold metallic color. Unfortunately the heel was too wide for me in the narrow width, so I had to return them.

Great heel for work! Good height for those that like a little more in a dress shoe, but still very comfortable on the arches and balls of your feet. The only downside is that the leather around the heel needs breaking in. It wore a bad blister into my heel. Shouldn't be a problem once it softens up. I'm normally a 9, but exchanged for an 8.5. Loved the narrow width option. As always, Zappos has the best customer service when dealing with exchanges!

A gorgeous shoe, just not comfortable for me.

I have very wide feet, so when it comes to heels I really need the Wide option. These fit really nicely on my feet and stay on (the WW was too wide at the heel and slipped off so I got the W). The style is so classic and simple, and the shoes look very professional. I wore them to multiple interviews with ease.

beautiful and stylish pump with just the right heel size, youthful and sexy, but unfortunately have to return as width not wide enough for my wide width foot.

I've been searching for the perfect pair of nude pumps forever, and these aren't quite perfect, but they're the best I've found so far. They are supportive and the most comfortable of the many pumps I've tried (including Cole Haan, Rockport, Nine West, Corso Como, and more). I'm a 6 in most shoes, but a 5.5 in some and the 5.5 fit me in these. I'm medium to narrow width and the medium fit well. The color is a little too gold for me and I wish the toe was more almond-shaped and less round. The platform really helps with the comfort, especially with my small feet. The cushioning is very nice. I've only worn them around the house so far, so I can't speak to how comfy they are after wearing them for awhile. Note: I really preferred the look of the Rockport Total Motion Pump (though I'm not a huge fan of patent), and the insole was very comfortable too, but the 5.5 was too big and wide on me and the 5 was too small.

I have worn Naturalizer shoes for 30 years and love this pair but the sizing is all wrong. It was a size too big.

I read all the reviews and was hoping my shoes wouldn't make the "squishy" sound, but they did... Foot bed comfort was good with a 7W, comfy, but one heel kept slipping up and then the squishy noise - that killed the deal. I guess you need to have feet that are the almost the same size to wear these

These shoes are attractive and comfortable. I bought a black pair to go with a formal dress. I never wear heels, so comfort is crucial to me. These were very comfortable and although I'm not crazy about the "platform" look of the shoe, the heel is a nice height. The only real issue I had with these shoes is that they slipped off my heel when I tried them on. I am a true 7 and the 7 in these was a little long, causing the slipping. I remedied this by buying an inexpensive gel insert for the ball of my feet. It makes the shoes fit properly and if it adds a little extra comfort, that's a bonus.

Beautifully made shoe. The color is very flattering. Unfortunately, my toes could not fit in the toe box, hard as I tried. A larger size would be too big length-wise.
