Really liked the simple, professional style of the shoe, am returning to exchange up 1/2 size.

Super Comfortable once they were broken in a bit. Before that they were a bit squeaky!

My foot is in the middle of an 8.5 and a 9, narrow to normal width, narrow heel. I ordered the 8.5 and the fit was good lengthwise but my heel slipped out with each step. I was afraid smaller or narrower would have been too small, especially in the toebox. Very comfortable, practical (rather than sexy) work shoe.

Love these! They looked beautiful and professional! I'm not a big heel wearer usually but occasionally have to for work. I lasted all day in them with no complaints! That's a big win for me!

These shoes did not fit my wide front foot and narrow heel. They were tight in the toes, despite a nicely rounded toe box. Even worse was the odd wrinkle at my instep.

For someone whose foot is so wide, it becomes a rare occasion (and celebration) when i find a heeled shoe that looks nice and fits.... These heels were a god-send. Although these weren't something i could wear all night long (had to slide them off under the dinner table a few times), they do show nicely. These heels were a last minute find and i am so glad I found them. Thanks Zappos!

Like many others, I was on the hunt for the perfect black pump that would be both comfortable, stylish, and seamlessly transition from work to play. The Naturalizer Michelle pump almost fit that bill. I love the almond toe, the soft leather, the inner padding, and the heel height. However, the heel kept slipping ever so slightly that it made it difficult for me to walk without adjusting the placement of my feet in the shoes. I'm a city gal so walking several blocks without any heel slippage is imperative. Really wanted to love these heels...the search continues.

I ordered the black leather in 8.5ww. I felt like the shoe was a bit big when I first tried it on, but I think the 8 would be too small. The heel slipped, as is often the case for me with ww pumps. A heel cushion helped with the slipping, but it's still a bit loose. I need a nice roomy toe box for my forefoot and these shoes fit nicely. My toes weren't pinched, but I wish they were a bit wider. There is nice cushion in the shoe. I felt like the shoe was stiff, but I'm hopeful the leather will soften with wear. It is hard to find ww shoes that look young, so I'm satisfied with this shoe despite their flaws. I've only worn them once, so I hope I'll like them better once they are broke in.

It's a beautiful shoe, but I have a narrow foot and even in my normal size (8 1/2 Narrow) my foot just slips right out of the heel. The length seems correct otherwise, but they are impossible to wear. Sending them back.
