I've been wearing this shoe to work for about 2 weeks, and it is starting to become more comfortable. The quality and construction of the show is very good. It is a sturdy shoe with lots of padding. The heel height is good for wearing all day at work. The show did feel a bit tight at first, but leather shoes usually do. I think once I wear it in well, it will be very comfortable.

The sizing on this shoe appears to be an issue if other reviews are an indication. They run small - about /1/2 a size - never had a problem with Naturalizer before. Otherwise, it's a beautiful, elegant shoe and perfect for work.

Unfortunately I am going to have to return this shoe. The heel was much higher than the description said. It was supposed to be 2 3/4 inches but it really is 3 inches. One shoe fit me perfectly but the other was too tight.

These are too small/tight. I am a 6½WW like clockwork. Once I had to size down to a 6 in a Softspots high sandal. This Naturalizer was too tight. I will try the 7WW, but I think it may be that Naturalizer WW is not really WW.

Shoe fit well and was very comfortable. The color was off from what is shown on the screen. The toebox is also a little small for those of us that have wider feet or bunions.

Shoes are great looking but can’t be worn for long periods. They are not very comfortable.

I was searching for a classic black pump to replace a pair of Calvin Klein’s I had worn for years. I ordered many pairs and finally settled on these. Big mistake! I’ve had them for almost a year now and I cannot wear them. They kill my feet. If they rub so badly on my heels that they just rub the skin raw. I’ve worn them with nylons and even tried thin socks without luck. I wouldn’t recommend these ones. I’m back on the hunt.

I bought a 7WW. I usually wear 7W or 7WW in Naturalizer shoes but these were too tight in the toe box so I returned them. Very disappointing. The shoes looked good and the navy is a nice color.

Like other reviews, heard squeaky sound while walking, almost like air pockets. May be due to the cushion and gap between padding and foot. Also a little narrow on the toe box because of the almond toe.

I was looking for a standard pair of black pumps to wear when the occasion arrives. I’ve never had much of an issue with heels or shoes bothering my feet much. These are horrid. I wore them out of the box to a graduation. I didn’t have to walk too terribly much but I had blisters on both heels and my feet hurt overall. I let my feet recover and tried again wearing them to a dinner or church service. They are not breaking in and continue to hurt.

Ugh. Bought these to wear at my daughter's wedding. They were too uncomfortable to wear.

They were wide enough but too tight in the top of the toe box. Meaning the top of the shoe would be rubbing off my toe nail polish but if I ordered the next size up they would be too large. Still searching for the perfect navy pump!

I bought these shoes for my daughter's Prom and luckily we allowed time for returns as there were two! She normally wears a 9.5 in New Balance and has narrow feet. We originally ordered the size 9 but there was a huge gap by the heel. Next, we ordered a size 8, same issue with the gap, albeit it was smaller. Our last and more desperate attempt to get the shoe in a size that fits, worked! We ordered the 7.5 in a N (narrow) and the shoe fit comfortably, although she did have blisters because she foolishly forgot to wear some stockings. The sizing of this shoe is a big issue. I had a pair of Naturalizers in my closet that were a size 9 and they fit her perfectly, although they were over two decades old! Please print up the foot chart from the Naturalizer Website and you will get an accurate reading. We did this and it showed that her foot size according to their chart was just over a 7 even though every other shoe company pegs her at a 9 or above. So Naturalizer is only accurate in terms of shoe size if you consult their printed chart, not Zappos. Hope this helps!

Ordered a WWD this time and it fitted like a medium size.

The shoe was smaller than expected and I had ordered my usual size. it seemed to be comfortable if it fitted fine

A very well made shoe. Sturdy yet graceful look. Unfortunately the WW was too narrow in the toe box. More like a W or C-D width. I need an E.

They were slipping off my heels, I felt wobbly and they pinched my toes. They were uncomfortable within seconds of putting them on. Maybe breaking in would help with the comfort, but not with them being too big in the heel and my foot coming out. I recommend the Clarks Adriel Viola instead - almost identical but worlds apart in fit and comfort.

I bought these thinking the color would be a nice nude, but it’s actually a pearly tan, which was not what I was looking for. I couldn’t tell that from the pictures online. The extra-wide was also not extra wide, it fit like a basic wide. Very cute overall, though.

Loved the shoe but Naturalizer does not really make a true WW fit. They were too narrow in the front.

I read all the great reviews and was so excited to get these. Most reviews said very comfortable with soft leather. Well, my experience was very different, almost like it wasn't the same shoe. The leather was very stiff and my toes hurt and burned. The heel was too wide. Overall I found the show very uncomfortable even just trying them on for a minute. Needless to say they are being returned.
