The fit of the shoe was perfect. I ordered Chai leather. It was a gold color versus more brown tone. I had to return as not a color I would wear professionally.

Beautiful Shoe but still too narrow

I needed a basic black pump with enough of a heel to be dressy but not as high as a stiletto. The Naturalizers fit the bill because they looked fine and best of all felt great. I wore them to a club in NYC and they survived a sudden downpour exiting from an Uber without injury (to the shoe or me). They are not the most stylish shoe on the market but they're classic and comfortable.

This is a beautiful, classic shoe. However, due to a recently sprained ankle, the heel height was not comfortable, and I returned them. My comments on COMFORT were based on my particular situation, and I'm sure others will find the shoe just right.

The front of the shoe was fine, but the heel was wide and the shoes fell off.

Most comfortable show I currently own for work. I can walk around all day or stand for long periods of time without any pain. I have a wide, flat foot, so I have had a really hard time finding heels that I can wear all day. So glad I found these!

The mild platform is comfortable, but no longer in style, unfortunately. Where were you five years ago?

I think these are a lovely color and the pearly sheen comes through really well. The size is as indicated and the shoe is fairly comfortable. The shoe is a little bit of a platform so that helps with the rest of the height not feeling quite so high! The only gripe I have for style is that the toe is quite rounded and I don't particularly love that.

Nice quality, soft leather. This is a higher heel than I am used to, but I think it’s flattering. I have bunions, which necessitate the wider width. I ordered both the wide and the extra wide and decided to keep the extra wide, given that I can use the extra room in front while the heel on the extra wide seems snug enough. I won’t be wearing these until June, so perhaps I should wait until then to weigh in.

I really wanted to love this shoe, it felt really cozy (soft inserts) and overall comfortable, however, my toes were crunched and also you could see them, which i really dislike in a pump. has to go back

Super comfy pair of pumps! I kind of wish they are slightly pointier, but overall it's a flexible style that can match any outfit.

I loved this shoe, it's beautiful and I'm totally bummed it doesn't fit. It's about a half size too long - so it slipped up and down as I walked - putting a piece of moleskin in heal does not help - just too long. Also, the shoe cut into the top of my foot, right where the big toe juts out on side - quite painful - because the material isn't soft enough to give. Love it's looks and styling and height, just doesn't fit. They're going back...

The leather felt nice and seams and construction were well done. However I'm having to return them due to being too wide. Ordered 6 1/2 N. So disappointed that they didn't work out.

Great shoe for multiple occasions. Work, dress etc. If you want versatility and comfort with a heel then these are your shoes. They are classic, elegant and pretty comfortable. For a working woman or a mom, you can wear these and still feel good about your choice

I’ve only tried them around the house but they felt true to size and felt comfortable right out of the box. I will update once I’ve had a chance to wear them out.

The heel of this shoe(black patent) was discolored. I kept in in the black suede instead.

I'm normally a size 5 but had to order a half size smaller. The cushioning is comfortable but it makes a squishing sound when I walk. The leather is quite stiff and has taken much longer to break in than expected.

I really like these shoes but had to return them because they are too big in the back so I'm stepping out of them. It's too bad because otherwise they were very nice looking and comfortable for a nice high black pump. The leather was soft and the platform makes the heel more comfortable.

I so wanted this shoe to work. Exactly what I wanted, but I walked right out of the 8.5. I don't think the 8 would work because it would be tight in the toe box area. Seems like it would be very comfortable. to walk and stand around in.

Nice-looking shoes and Naturalizers are always comfortable. I'm sad they didn't work out for me; they fit snugly in the toe and fine in the width but I kept walking out of the heel. If I go down yet another size I'm sure they'll be too tight in the toe. But I would suggest YOU try them and hopefully they will work, because they're really nice shoes! They'd get 5 stars if they'd fit my foot.
