Need a navy pump for upcoming event. This was by far the most comfortable but will need to get heel pads to keep my foot in. I don't think a 1/2 size smaller would work.

I love those shoes! They are comfortable, and good looking pumps. Usually I use size 12 but I had to send them back and order in 11. Size 11 fit perfect. Zappos makes it so easy to send things back, thank you!

The Michelle is elegant and a classic pump. It was comfortable on the first fit. I struggle with my shoes size of 81/2 Narrow so I can appropriate the quality from this brand and shoe fit. I will buy additional colors.

I bought this shoe in both black leather and nude. It is a very comfortable shoe and after wearing them for several hours, the balls of my feet did not hurt, thanks to the cushioning in insole.
My only issue, as with many shoes for me, is the toe box, I wish it were a tad bigger.

I have long thin narrow feet and thought I was banished to wear flats forever, but I took a chance and ordered these in 10 narrow. They are just why I have been looking for! Will be ordering more in other colors.

This is a beautiful shoe! It would probably be comfortable but, though I normally wear a 6.5M this one was way too big! Will have to send it back, but I'm considering ordering a 6, just haven't decided if I want the of returning and having the 6 not work. Such a dilemma...
