I love these shoes. I had a stress fracture in my left foot and needed a stiff boot and these have been perfect...and they look good. I pretty much wear them everywhere except the gym.

I purchased this model for a 500 mile walk across Northern Spain in 2017. Let me say this, I would not have been able to complete this trek without these shoes. My feet did not blister nor experience a reoccurrence of plantar fasciitis. It was recommended to purchase a half size large than my usual shoe size and I am glad I did. The toe box did not feel tight or restricted. I am planning to walk the Portuguese leg of the Camino in 2021 and Hoka one one will be on my feet! I recommended to a friend to get this shoe and she completed the walk along Hadrian's Wall without blisters.

I wore these to train for and complete the 4 day Inca Trail hike. They were comfortable out of the box and with a wide toe box, I've had no blisters at all. The trail was difficult and the shoes had great traction and my feet never hurt at all despite the rough terrain and long distance. Highly recommend.

These shoes and a good pair of wool socks helped hike to the top of Half Dome and back (17 miles round trip) with no foot pain! They also had a great grip on the granite.... when others were sliding around on steep granite, these felt secure. Highly recommend!

I bought these shoes for hiking in the mountains this summer, but they are so comfortable that I wear them all the time. I wear them on my daily morning walk in the city and they are the best I have ever had.

Fabulous shoe, unfortunately they ran big. I always take 7 1/2, never a 7. I bought these before a hiking trip to Yosemite and never tried them on. Was forced to wear double socks so they would fit. Since I had no other shoes for hiking, I was forced to wear them, and now they can't be returned It was an expensive lesson!

These hiking shoes are amazing. They are light yet supportive and are ready to rock right out of the box. I hiked Scotland in a pair and ordered a new pair for my most recent trip to England. They are not long lasting boots but they have absolutely NO break in time which is very important if you need to replace them in a hurry right before a hike.

I love these shoes. They require no break in. Seven miles out of the box wearing cheap low cut socks and not a hint of discomfort anywhere. Roomy toe box, soft around the ankle, doorstep your sock. These were designed with care and it shows.

I purchased the Tor Summit Mid WP. They were very comfortable, super durable, good traction for hiking, completely water proof. I'm so sad to know these are discontinued. I tried Tor Tech Mid - not as comfortable, I had to return them. I'm too late to buy more mid but lucky to get a Tor Summit low still in my size.

These are the only shoes that I could find that worked for my problem feet. My custom orthotics fit and the extra cushion is a big help. I have the low top and the mid top hikers. I hope you never change the design.

Comfortable for standing and walking all day at work

Started wearing Tor Summit Mids for hiking about three years ago. Wanted the lightest hiking boot with support and cushioning to keep plantar fasciitis (wore MBTs for 10 years or so for pf relief), knee and hip pain from athletic and dance injuries at bay. They have been great. Wear them whenever I hike or even do nature walks on unpaved paths/roads. Was wearing Stinson ATRs for everyday and walking and around the hood, but the soles and cushioning just do not wear well ie last. Decided to switch to these Tor Summit Lows. Very pleased after a month of everyday wear. I think the Vibram soles are much better at absorbing even just walking around shock. Hoka One One, please continue to make and offer Tor Summits.

This was my second pair of Hokas & I couldn't be happier. I ordered them specifically for a 9 day trip to Iceland, & subjected them to driving rain & puddles. They were the only shoes I took. I wore them every day, for 9-12 hours each day, on boats, slick rocks, city streets & sandy wet beaches, & my feet stayed dry & comfortable. My feet thank you & I look forward to wearing them during the rainy days of winter in the South.

I love these shoes. They are comfortable as soon as I put them on, offer a good fit and support, look good, feel sturdy, and have some nice Hoka cushion. Love them!

These are the best hiking shoes I've ever owned, and I've owned a lot! I'm an avid backpacker and my shoes have always been an issue. I actually hiked in Colorado in my camp shoes because the boots I had brought on the trip gave me blisters! My daughter told me about these and I purchased online. The fit is perfect and there's no break-in period. I've been on 2 trips now and love them! Comfortable, light and very good soles. I can't recommend these shoes high enough!

I loved how they felt from my first hike. Didn't need any break in time. Put them on and hiked.

Love this shoe!! Runs a little large but fits well with hiking socks! Plenty of room in toe bed. I work at a Gardening Nursery so I'm in dirt and wet a lot of the days. These are comfortable, keep my feet completely dry, dirt doesn't get down in the boot. No need to wash my feet the minute I get home!! I only wish the were not so expensive.

These hiking shoes are the second pair of Hokas I've purchased. My Podiatristist recommended the brand due to foot issues I was experiencing. (Plantar Fasciitis, no padding on my feet and scar tissue on the tendons) I love hiking but was thinking my hiking days were over because of painful feet! These shoes made the difference! I can hike for miles with no foot pain at all! I didn't even have to break them in- they were comfortable all day right out of the box! Can't say enough about these shoes and how they improved my life!

I have plantar fasciitis and can hike comfortably in these shoes.

I have very flat feet and often have difficulty with good fit. This purchase is important because I have taken up hiking in earnest and am training to go Rim-to-Rim in the Grand Canyon so I have been racking up the miles since I got these boots. They are remarkably comfortable and oh-so-light. I did have to watch that I wasn't tying them too tight - but that was on me, not on the shoe. I love them and have already recommended them to other hiking friends!
