I am so excited with this Melissa Tote handbag! My first Frye and I am thrilled with the quality and look. I've purchased expensive handbags in my day but this one is by far the best made purse on the market. I realize its costly, but remember....you get what you pay for.....

I purchased this handbag in the ice color and it is gorgeous! It is extremely well made and the leather is beautiful. The lining and features make this handbag shine and I love the divided interior to keep things organized. So happy with this purchase, it's an investment that will last through the seasons and years.

I saw this purse on line and then went to a department store to see it in person. It is fabulous and I love it. Leather quality is great, they sides are study but not stiff, nice compartments. Highly recommend

This was a surprise gift from my husband and I absolutely love it! It's the perfect size for the amount of things I carry everyday. It has the pockets I need to organize my belongings and the handles are sturdy enough to handle the weight. My favorite part though is the color. It's perfect and the leather is distinct so I know it is unique from other bags. Love love love it!!!

I bought the wine color from the Boston store. It is incredible! Love everything about it. The grain is gorgeous, some variation. It feels like butter and smells yummy. The texture of the wine is like a suede material on the handles so the straps grab your shoulder so it doesn't slip off. Just to throw a negative in so you know this is real it does scratch very easily but in my opinion it just adds more character to it. Makes it truly unique. Awesome size you can fit everything with lots of room to spare. Plus because it's big you can find everything very easily. Molds to your body when carrying it so you don't even notice it's there. Distributes weight. Best to see them in person. Go to a store if you can.

I spent a year wanting a grey leather purse. Kept coming to Frye, dreaming of this tote, but due to the price being more than I normally will pay, I kept searching. Finally decided to treat myself and made the purchase. This is a handsome, quality product. It is the perfect size, style, and is made of soft, beautiful leather. I will use this tote for many years. It is pretty perfect. Gave 4 stars for value as it is more than I normally spend.

This bag is more than I hoped it would be. The leather is unlike anything I ever had. It is very roomy, love the center divider. When you pick it up, you know you're carrying a statement piece. The craftsmanship is excellent and well worth every penny. The only problem is that I love it so much I'm not sure I'll ever buy another bag again! This one is a keeper. Don't mess around with the other designer bags out there - I've had them all and the Frye bag cannot compare. It is superior in ever facet.

The leather on any Frye item is just stunning. I loved this purse but it ended up being too big for me. If it was smaller I would have kept it, but felt it was carrying me instead of me carrying it.

I bought this tote in the red leather, and it's perfect! The leather is great and the color shadings are lovely. You'll get lots of compliments on this one!

Love this bag, I use it everyday. I purchased the burgundy and it is a beautiful rich color. The bag is soft and very spacious and seems to wearing very well. I am thinking about getting another in the ice color.

I got this several weeks ago after lusting after it online for a month. I had never seen it in person and was reluctant to buy it without being able to put my hands on it. My husband finally convinced me to go for it and I am so glad I did! I wear a lot of black and got the purse in Ice. I was pleasantly surprised that it goes with browns as well. The compartments, slip pockets and inside zippered pockets allow for a super organized purse. It is a little heavy but that is to be expected with a leather purse. It just means I need to really want whatever I'm carrying with me or suffer the back pain later. I love this purse and already want another color. This is my first Frye purse bony won't be the last! Excellent quality with beautiful style. Definitely worth the money!

I bought this a month ago in the gray (or I think they called it ice). I absolutely love it.

I bought this as a gift to myself. My goal was to buy one nice looking, quality bag, to take the place of my purse AND my tote. Mission accomplished. The bag fulfills those wants ten fold. It looks even better in person. Constantly getting compliments on it.

I've been searching over a year for a new bag to replace a leather crossover purse that caused pain in my shoulders and back. I purchased this one two weeks ago. I was skeptical because the Melissa Tote is larger than my crossover and about the same weight. However, I have been pleasantly surprised that this bag is extremely comfortable to carry. I can carry more items than before and there is no pain. It is well constructed and the color goes beautifully with just about everything! The straps stay on my shoulders, although sometimes slip off when wearing a bulky coat. I am small-framed at 5' 3" and this bags works for me!

I purchased this bag recently and I am so pleased. I carried it for the first time and even received compliments from men. I love handbags and always thought I had to have another high end brand but after this bag which is my second Frye, I am in love with the brand. Thanks Frye!!

I love my new bag. I've never had a Frye before but was attracted to the nice leather look. I didn't realize it before, but all my favorite bags are some form of natural leather color. This bag is large enough to hold the usual things, plus a book, my tablet, and almost anything else I want to carry with me. I love the gorgeous leather.

This bag is gorgeous! I love everything about it. It is a little bit larger than I anticipated, but I do not think that I will have a problem filling it up. Frye has great products!

I bought this bag because I loved the divided interior instead of having an open inside and no organization. I can fit my iPad mini in the middle pocket, and there is a place for everything. The bag is so functional I use it daily. The leather is so soft and it gets more and more broken in as I use it. It will never go out of style and will get even better with time. I see more Frye bags in my future!

Great bag, I only wish that the middle padded pocket would hold my iPad Mini.

This is my 1st leather purse and I love it!! Just the right size for my wallet, lipgloss and my handgun. Has inside pockets and middle section to stay organized. Feels and looks better after each leather treatment too!

I bought this bag 3 months ago. I wasn't disappointed. I have used this everyday for work and over all general use. I have packed it full and have barely had anything in it. It holds up well. Three is only one complaint that i have. Its the straps / handles. They are shaped in thestyle of a rope with a side seam. After a while, they do hurt. I believe this bag would be a full 5 stars of the straps were made with a flat design. Then they would be more comfortable and will stay up on your shoulder. Otherwise, it is still my everyday bag!!
