These are really cute boots and great in the rain. Sizing is an issue for sure. With the inner sole in place the boots feel half a size too small, not in length but tightness across top of foot and around the heel. Remove the inner sole and the fit is perfect but not as comfortable to walk in. With the inner sole I wear the thinnest socks that I have and keep waiting for the boots to break in.

What can I say......Sperry makes an amazing boot! I LOVE this boot so much that this year I also bought the shiny black, the brown tan, the pink and the gray! In the winter I live in leggings and these boots go perfectly with them! I live in western PA, we get quite a bit of bad weather, and I live in these boots! I wore these at least 3 times a week during the entire fall and winter last year, and so far this year, and they still look brand new! The fit is perfect. I wear a 9 1/2 in everything, including these Sperry boots. It is extremely hard for me to find comfortable footwear because I have both a hammertoe and bunion on my right foot and I can still wear boot socks with these boots. If you need a pair of boots for nasty weather and love to wear jeans and leggings then look no further......same yourself some time and buy a pair of these Sperry boots. They never go out of style, they hold up extremely well in bad weather and they’re so comfortable, you can wear them all day! You have nothing to loose......if you don’t like them or need a different size, Zappos is amazing to deal with.....I’ve been a Zappos customer for years and will continue to be!

Super comfy and I love the style. Sizing seems inconsistent. I tried on an 8 and a 9 at a store. 8 was a little too small. 9 was too big. So I ordered an 8.5 in two different colors on zappos. One 8.5 fit like the 8. The other fit like the 9. Ended up returning both and keeping the 8 from the store and I just wear thin socks with it. Overall I like the boot. Just thought the sizing was bizarre.

Cannot say enough about how much I love these boots! I bought them for a trip to Oregon and wore them in the mud, the city, and the sandy beaches. They kept my feet warm and dry (although I can't attest to temps under 48) and were comfortable enough to wear all day. For real I walked 7 miles through the city one day. I ordered a half size up and had more than enough room for hiking socks. They are also adorable and look great with leggings or skinny jeans. I highly recommend these boots for typical Fall weather or for Florida winters.

I love this boot. I normally wear a size 7, but ordered a 7.5 based on reviews I read about ordering up. They fit just perfect with a pair of thick socks. I did feel the rubbing on my ankle that I read about in another review, but literally within about 10 mins of walking around my house, it was gone. Haven't felt it since. Very lightweight & comfortable boot. So much easier to drive in than my tall hunters. I do think this is a narrow boot by design, so if you have wide feet, these may not work for you.

I love the shoe but am very disappointed by the quality control of the item. On the right shoe where the lining meets the zipper it wasn't finished off properly and when I wore a thin sock it rubbed a hole in the sock and left a scrape on my leg which is still visible after almost two weeks. Also where the lining overlaps the lower part of the shoe, again on the right shoe is won't stay down and constantly comes up and is uncomfortable untill I have to stop and reach in and get it to lie flat. The other shoe doesn't do this so it is just poorly finished on the one foot. For a shoe that costs 100.00 I expected better. The first photo shows where the lining next to the zipper isn't finished, the second photo show how the lining comes up inside the show.

Overall, I like these shoes, and they're performing well in the recent bouts of snow and ice we've gotten. However, I have a small quibble: even though I sized up to a 9 from my usual 8 1/2, they're difficult to pull on because the top of the shoe is narrower than I expected, even with the laces loose and the (3 inch) zipper down. I have a very average size foot - not wide or long, so I don't usually have this issue. Because of this, I really wish it had a tab in the back to pull them up in one quick move. I have to do a bit of wiggling and holding up the cloth portion to get my feet in. Once they're in, they fit great! No rubbing on the heels or the ankles, and plenty of room for thicker socks. Style is sleek and I'm really happy with the traction, which is why I got them. But if you're looking for something a bit sturdier around the ankle, you may want to give these a pass.

I loved these shoes SO much. I am unfortunately usually a 10.5 in shoes, but took a gamble and ordered a 10 in these. They are just a little too snug and I know I'd be swimming in 11s, so it is with great sadness I have to return these. Based on how they looked and how they felt walking around my living room, I think i would've truly loved these. Can't speak to how they work in the snow/rain, but they were super comfortable and cute during my at home test. Wish they made 10.5s!

This are NOT slip on and off easy. These were a struggle to get on for me. Once they were on totally fine. I just wanted a boot I could slip on & off without bending down. Cute but they went back.

I could not get my foot inside the boot...I have high arches..

THESE ARE NOT WATERPROOF! SO ANNOYED W/ WET FEET AFTER A WALK. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, THEY ARE NOT EVEN CUTE.

My foot has a very high instep so it was a bit tight across the top. I wore them straight out of the box though and they were very comfortable.

I have been wanting a pair of Sperry duck boots for a couple years now and finally bought some over Thanksgiving. I absolutely love them. They fit perfectly true to size and are really comfortable.

I love these so much! They are really comfortable and keep my feet warm as they are lined (thinly). I got a pair for my toddler too and he loves going out in his boots as well. Lots of compliments :)

Love these rain boots and I just know they will save my shoes. These boots are so cute I won’t hesitate to wear them ~ I wish I had them a couple of weeks ago when we had days and days of rain. It took me two attempts to get the size right (they run very true to size so don’t go larger) but now I am set for the next rain. I will also be able to wear a semi heavy sock too when I wear the boots as they are a bit “roomy” and I need this to be comfortable. Zappos is the best for easy ordering, returns, and exchanges. If you want the very best in customer service, you will find it at Zappos! Zappos is my BFF!

I was worried that I had missed out great ankle boots, shopping at the end of the cold weather season as I did, but THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU to whomever returned these so I could get them in my size!! They are darling, warm, and well made.

I absolutely love how these fit and look.They are great especially for all this Pacific NW rain but do just fine in the snow also (which we have had an uncharacteristic amount these past couple days) although it would be nice if they had more tread. Stylish &comfy-win!

I think these are super cute. I ordered up a half size in anticipation of wearing heavier socks with them and thought they were a little snug even with regular socks. I like that you don't have to tie the laces.

Love the look and feel, unfortunately both boots had peeling on the heels so I returned. I am typically a size 8 in running sneakers and ordered an 8 in these. They fit well with regular socks. Disappointing since they are really cute but the peeling would probably only get worse and for $100 rain boots, I'm not having them fall apart immediately.
