Okay, these pants are great, but they grow. I bought them in both the gravel and black camo colors in an 8 and a 10. 8 is my usual size, but I have some junk in the trunk and am more likely to need a 10 than an 8. Both fit, but the 8 were a bit more snug than I like in outdoor clothing, so I kept both colors in the 10. I went on a 6 day trip where I wore one pair or the other every day. They performed as expected very lightweight and quick drying. However, they really stretched out and grew by the end of the trip, I could pull both pairs off without unfastening them. I wish I had kept the 8s, because once they stretched, they'd have been perfect.

Everything about these pants is PERFECT!! They fit like a dream and are soooo comfortable,,,AND they are stylish and actually sexy (in an outdoorsy way!! (My husband LOVES them on me!!) I adore camo so I bought both camo colors, and I LOVE them!! They are cut just right for my body it seems!! But as with most clothing items, I have to try on about 5 pairs to get the best fit. I did this with both of these and my husband was even boggled by the difference of fit with the exact pant in the exact same size! (Waist higher or lower or tighter was the main issue from one pair to the next.) I noticed that other reviewers felt that they were true to size but I disagree. I am a solid size 6 and even have to get 4's if the material is stretchy, and with these I am an 8. (I don't care about the numbers, I just like to be able to order my size and be done with it.) Oddly, I have the exact model in their shorts version they had out a year or two ago, and I am a size 6 in those. Hope all of this info helps!

I wear jeans 99 percent of the time, but even jeans with stretch get a little too heavy and sweaty when hiking. I refuse to wear sweatpants outside of the house, nor will I suffer tight sweaty spandex leggings. These printed pants are the perfect solution. They are lightweight, stretch, breathable, and the pattern disguises the large expanse that is my rear, which I am attempting to reduce. I tried the same pants in the solid colors and they did not have the same effect. So this butt camo is my one and only hiking pant. They run true to size, and on me, they were body skimming, not too tight, and the perfect length. I like the key/pedometer zippered pocket on the side of the leg, and NO silly strings to raise the cuffs/tickle your ankles. The snaps are a little cheap (Columbia quality ain't what it used to be), but I wear these out of the house. Even to the grocery store. So glad they are not pink and flowery. I do hope Columbia continues this idea and makes some more printed pants with earthy, dark colors. Feeling camouflaged gets my butt out the door and up the hill.

I wish I could wear the same pants every day because it would be this pair! Awesome fit and light but still well-fitting. I am usually a 6, 8 or 10.I'm glad I got an 8 because they fit just right. When summer comes and it's warmer, I plan on wearing all the time.

I was attracted to these pants because they are dark so they don't remind me of Duck Dynasty or Deer Hunting...and I wore them on a very humid day hiking and they are really thin and comfortable and dry fast. Thank you!

Really love these pants- I bought both colors. It is lightweight enough to exercise in and not get too hot. The printed pattern hides lots of flaws and the pants are very flattering. I typically wear between size 6 and 8 in pants, and in this one I went with the 8, and it was great.

I wanted hiking pants that didn't scream "hiking pants" and these are the ones. They fit well - the back rise is shorter than I like (just the seam - it makes a wedgie) but because they're camo I'm not as self-conscious as I might be. I wouldn't wear the same cut in a solid, fwiw. The fabric is highly water resistant - in fact, when I washed these in the sink to see how they'd do for travel, water ran right over the fabric and through the legs and onto the floor. The fabric is also super stretchy, like yoga pants, and it doesn't swish like many hiking pants do. I like the slim cut and the straight ankle opening. It's very flattering. The front pockets poof out, as they almost always do on me - front pockets on women's pants are dicey, and though people think they want them, they often look terrible - but once again, the camo makes this less bothersome. A winner.

Nothing but love. Columbia brand does not typically fit me, but for some reason, these pants are a perfect and flattering fit. The print is cute. The roll-up tabs tuck discretely under a fold of fabric and they look great down or up. They're not a heavy-duty fabric like my Kuhl brand pants, but for easy trail hiking, they should be perfectly fine. If you have short legs, I suspect the inseam will run long. I found them to be true to size for me. I'm a fairly linear build, not curvy. These have a nice "easy" or "boyfriend" type of fit on me.

Love these pants! I bought them as a travel pant; we do one-bag travel so everything needs to wash and dry quickly. These exceeded my expectations! They performed beautifully in sun and rain, and the lightweight stretch fabric made them move well. I love the fit and they and are just the right length. The only issue I have with them is the pockets; the hip pockets are so shallow that I don't dare put anything in them. There is one zipper pocket on the right thigh which barely holds my phone. Having that pocket large enough to hold a passport would make going through the airport so much smoother.

I Love Love love! These pants!! They are soft, flexible, durable, comfortable and I want to order another pair! These turn into Capris with hidden snaps. It is ingenious! Love these pants!!

Love this pant ^^. I bought 2 in different colors. Not only ware for hiking but also go out shopping. Easy pairing with white t shirt and look good without thinking too much what u gonna ware today.

These are my favorite women's quick dry pants that I've ever had! I originally wore them as issue/uniform when I worked as a fish biologist for a state agency. I've been hooked ever since, and own them in multiple colors - they are my go to for hiking and fishing, and the dark colors look great as a wrinkle-free pant for the office or professional meetings! Highly recommend - I wear a 6 in most brands, but order an 8 in Columbia pants. I have long legs, and the regular inseam is perfect. Love these, own them in 4 colors, and would recommend to all active women.

Own a few pairs. Travel extensively in them. Extremely comfortable. Very versitale and amazing fit. Would recommend

Love these! Was not excited about dorky hiking pants or camo-print but these are super comfortable. I understand now why people buy special hiking pants. Very light-weight with a flattering cut. I usually wear a 10 but sized up and I'm grateful I did. I'll be wearing these for a trek through the jungle. Woohoo!

Love these pants...the fit is perfect

The pants are great but I'm a bit stumped on the sizing. I ordered a size 8 -- usually wear a 4 or 6, and while they fit, they did a wedge on me. I've ordered a 10 to see if that helped, and it did, but they are now very large in the hips and thighs. I'll keep them, though, because I like them a lot. Sometimes baggy clothes feel really great.

I really love these pants. They fit great and are perfect for hiking when you need something lightweight but still need to protect your legs from bugs.

I now have two pairs of these pants. I love them! They fit perfectly and look great. I always get a long in other pants even though I'm not quite a long but regulars are always a tad short. I get a regular in these pants because they run just a little longer in the length which is perfect for me. I'm outside on most days training retrievers. These pants breath well and dry quickly after wet dogs shake water all over them! I'm very active and these pants never bind around my legs or slip lower on my waist.

These are very stylish, light weight and fit well. They come in brown camo as well as black camo. I really liked both but settled with black. I had seen camo sweat pants but like these as they are versatile.

Nice pants! I've been looking for stylish but comfortable camp pants, and these are great. Light stretchy material, beautiful dark camp print, good pockets and length (I am 5'4"), true to size in 8 (just a bit tight in the waistline - hope it will stretch). All good!
