I love these pants! I bought them in every color. I have trouble finding ANY pants that fit my figure. In order for a pant to fit my hip and bottom measurement, the waist is way too large. Not the case with Columbia Women's Saturday Trail Pants. They fit nicely at my waist- no gapping and the leg fit is close to the body but not tight. The fabric stretches and moves with you. They are light and breath and dry quickly. Just returned from a two week trip to Moab, Canyon Lands, and North Rim. These were the only pants I needed (also took shorts and a skirt for 100 + degrees). They were great for all my hiking, camping, off-roading, and relaxing activities. Also, I teach young children- I wear them to work since I am very active- bending, sitting on the floor, etc. They are super cute rolled up to mid-calf. Did I mention that I LOVE these pants?

I own 5 pairs of Columbia hiking pants and love them! All are size 6 and fit perfectly. Except this camo pair...I can barely button them, so should've gotten a size larger. How was I to know. I washed them, so I couldn't return them. I guess I will have start trying them on.

I was so excited to order black camo pants as I already had the green camo pants. Something is off with my new black ones. The right pant leg is always twisted with the inseam twisting so much that the inseam is always in front of the pant leg. Seems to have something to do with the inset panel in the inseam. Unfortunately I tried them on and they were perfect. But after wearing for a short time, I noticed the right pant leg was twisted and awkward looking. It bugs me.

This is my first review with zappos big fan but I have to review the unacceptable quality of the material. I got these pants as my travel and hiking pants for New Zealand. they fit great - packable, light weight quick drying. However after 3 days backpacking they began pilling really badly. I was not impressed a I had another 3 weeks to go, and they looked shabby. For $70, quality should be higher. I also tok Prana halle pants, which stood up to the test.

Im surprised and disappointed these pants for their price. I have worn them in hot weather, travel, fishing, dressed up for causal dinner and wear, but not yet heavy duty hiking or outdoor activities.not sure they would hold up, not durable.comfortable and they do the job, but quickly pilled all over into an ugly increasingly scratchy mess too sloppy to wear except for...hiking or yardwork. I turn them inside out to wash on gentle cold and airdry, but they're toast at 6 months. I have other brands that far exceed, won't invest in these again.

The fabric is a beautiful stretch pattern, but to save money, the manufacturer cut the waistband with the two way stretch pattern running THE WRONG WAY - the result is that the legs stretch but the waistband DOES NOT! The inseam on the size 4 I ordered was only 30". At 5'6" and 113lbs, these pants were way too short and way too tight. Incredibly disappointed at the cheap and lazy manufacturing on what could have been a great product if the waistband was sewn properly and the product was sized to the size chart - these size 4 regulars were more like a size 2, short length.
