Too big. Reviews said to size up. You shouldn't. Way too big.

Beautiful color and they match the coat so perfectly but the waist runs small. Sizing up would make the legs too loose. We sized up one form her normal size.

I really liked the color, material is nice but the sizing is wrong. I'm 5'4 150 pounds medium size is perfect on my waist but legs are a too tight. So I ordered size large and it's good on my legs but it's huge on my waist. Columbia change your designer the sizing is wrong. It should be roomy in the legs, this pants is for outdoor use..

Yikes, these are not for the big-butted. I normally wear a size 30 in jeans, am about 5'4" and 160 pounds, and the large barely covered my bum. Legs looked like bell bottoms. Returned.

They'll keep you warm. Wore them snowshoeing when it was -6F. I found the hip/waist area to be a bit boxy, so I had to adjust them and will have to wear a belt. They are a mid rise (I prefer high rise), and are slightly slim in the leg. I could only wear thin long johns underneath, anything heavier makes it hard to move in them. I am a 42" hip & ordered SZ L. I ordered a regular length. The size chart is misleading.. The regular length inseam for these pants is only 30"- NOT 32" as the size chart claims. (I am a regular 32" inseam).. If I had noticed this earlier, I would probably return them because of this..

I wish I'd ordered a size larger; apparently, almost all ski pants fit very small

Ordered my size, a size M, and they ran too snug. Esp in areas where I need mobility. I couldn't raise my leg without fabric tugging at my knees and rear end. So I ordered a size up to a L and they ran too big, way too big. I just don't get it.

These pants run small. I'm normally a 8/10 M 29/30 but I can barely move in these. Even without a base layer. I guess I will try to size up.

Sooo, I first bought these in a size large (short) because I like my snow pants to be a bit roomy (so I can move whilst skiing). The large came and they were WAY too big. Even with the adjustable waist, these bad boys would have fallen down mid-ski run. So, I sized down to a medium (short). Lo and behold the mediums are too snug. They fit the way a pair of rigid jeans would fit after being washed - which is not what I want out of snow pants. I don't get the full range of motion in my legs which is a bummer. Anyway, I'll see if I can make them work. For reference: I am 5'1" and usually wear a size 8.

I love this pant--the Omni Heat Insulation is wonderful and the pant legs are so comfortable. However, the sizing is terrible! The pant legs are true to size, but the waist is one size too small. I got a size M, which is what their sizing said I should get, but I can barely pull them over my backside. I can pull the legs all the way up and I have room. I separately purchased a size L and the legs are way too big and long and the waist is also too big. I wish these were made for a real person.

The medium was WAY too big and the small was a little too small. Not comfortable to ski in pants a little too small. These are bulky, traditional pants. Not the most flattering. I have found other brands that are stretchy which gives me a more comfortable and flattering fit. I was excited to try the omni heat in pants because I really like this feature, and the pants seemed very warm in my house and well-constructed...but they were not a good choice for me in the end.

The fit of the pants are typical to how I like my ski pants to look, I stay warm while skiing in them. However, I wish the pants had zipped vents or some other features. Just a very basic snow pant for the price. If you only ski a few times a year these pants will do the trick. I've noticed shredding and tears on the bottom of the pant leg from when I take off my skis. My ski edges have torn the fabric but I just slapped a patch on the area to reinforce and prevent more holes. Just okay pants, would not pay full price for them. They just haven't held up to the test with function and quality.

amazing quality, amazing price. But the bottoms are way too flared and because I ordered white, the giant flare and puffy pants made me look like a stay puff marshmellow man. I have no sought I would have been warm and comfortable, but sadly had to return from something a tad more slimming.

The pants fit very attractively if I never want to sit down or do anything. It was deceiving but I had little to no room for motion in the hip area though the waist fit well. When I was just standing everything looked great but as soon as I sat down that was not the case. Sending them back and going to try a larger size.

This is a great product. The only reason I am not able to give it a 5-star is because it runs very large. I looked it up on the measurements before the purchase. Somehow the pants are super wide and super long. I had to place another order to get a smaller size.

These snowpants didn't keep me very warm. Went out hiking in negative degree weather. Today's temps were a -5 air temp and a windchill of -28. My legs were frozen, i could barely move my legs. These snowpants would be great if they had a windbreaker in one of the layers. The snowpants seem heavy and bulky to me.

Very odd fitting pants. Snug thighs, narrow legs for ski pants. Didn't like the interior Velcro adjustable waistband. Much easier when the adjustment tabs are on the outside. Just not comfortable or flexible. I returned them. Size M, 5'8" and 135 lbs.

The legs are far too wide, even for a ski pant. The inner gusset is longer than the pant and constantly worked around my boots and dragged the ground. The sizing is whack - big in the waist and narrow through the hips and thighs. There's a giant gap in the waist where the cold are just streams in. The pants are too short, especially compared to the gusset which is visible and looks ridiculous. All around a terrible pant.

I am returning these pants for fit issues. My natural frame is slightly curvy/hourglass so finding pants that fit my waist can be hard. I found these pants to be loose through the waist but tight through the lower thigh/upper knee. So tight that I would've felt uncomfortable wearing a base layer. However the waist was so loose - even with the adjustable waist cinched in. The pants are probably pretty warm and felt like they would've provided good protection, but the fit just didn't work for me.

The pants looked amazing and fit perfectly except in the waist. I bought a medium (8 - 10) thinking i would wear warm tights underneath. No way!!! I loosened the waist all the way and still couldn't close the snaps at the waist even when i removed the tights. I normally wear a size 6. This was crazy! I sent them back yesterday. I also can't believe they charged me for the return! Not happy with Columbia!!!
