There is a big difference between the medium and large. I am a 8/10 and the large pants were so huge on me I had to return them. I have an old Pair of mediums that are snug (COVID) so wanted to be more comfortable this ski season, but sadly the large didn't work. Guess it's diet time lol

Great for warmth while walking the dog in subzero temperatures. A little snug so the under layer should be thin. I bought a small and I'm 5'7" and 124 lbs. however they are long enough which is great

These are a nice upgrade from my old bulky ski pants. They are fitted but still flexible (to a certain extent). I tested these out on the mountain and didn't get cold at all (it was about 30 with some wind). My only complaint is that I wish the waist came higher, slightly above the hips, so it doesn't feel like they're falling or cutting you off. You can adjust the tightness, but I guess I just prefer a higher waist.

Loved the pants but the fit was off from the size guide. I went to exchange them at store but they didn't have any in stock

The orange does not match the other oranges, it is darker. I guess that is not a big deal. Warm and dry. The fit it a little weird, tight in the thighs and loose on the tummy. Functioned well, the weird size did not feel like it restricted my movement.

Warm, slim fit - I'm usually a Small/4 in Columbia but the small is very tight with even just a thin pair of fleece leggings underneath - size up.

I wear 12/14 jeans, lately more on the 14 side. The XL fits right, definitely not oversized- these run a bit small for Columbia norms. dark Nocturnal is definitely navy blue not plum like the picture. Omni-Tech thermal lining is wonderful (silver dots printed on black nylon), I have a matching jacket that is amazing in the cold. Leg length is a little long, I’m 5’8 and my heels step on the elastic gaiter slightly without shoes on. The pant leg flares a lot from calf to ankle- great if you have thick calves but it’s excessive. Thigh fit is nice, not too snug like most pants. No thigh vents, which is better. Deep pocket on right calf is nice. Wish the rear pockets had clean zippers instead of Velcro flaps. Can’t beat the price though!

I ordered a size small and ended up having to send them back. They were way too big on me. I think they would have been nice if they had fit.

I wear a Donjoy knee brace for psot ACL repair in 2011. It's really hard finding pants to fit over the brace. I ordered a medium regular length, but they are way too long. I am 5'3" and have a 31 inseam. I don't buy petite pants as they are always too short. I am returning for a short. I typically wear a 6-8 Pant and the medium fit well. I have not worn them on the slopes yet, but if they are anything like the Omniheat jacket, they should do well.

I'm 5'6" and about 128 lbs. Sizes I wear: 4/6/8, or small/medium across Columbia items. I tried these on in a medium and a large since I knew I'd be layering up. My first thought was that the medium was a little snug, but after trying the large (which swallowed me), I decided that so long as I wasn't going to wear them low on my waist, they'd be fine. I'm so used to low waist pants, it felt a little awkward. The omni heat is felt immediately, I might not even need base layers with these. I'm also happy they don't make me look puffy, while still maintaining warmth. Taking them to Anchorage next week for some fun in the snow, I'm excited to see if they will meet my expectations!

I'm 5'3" and got the regular length, but they are a little bit long on me. The short would have been perfect, but were not available in the color I wanted at the time. Otherwise, the fit is great. Haven't been outdoor tested yet, but sure do seem like they will be warm enough, as I could feel the insulation from the "omni-heat" fabric lining working! They look great too!

Ordered these to replace a pair of ski pants that I've had for almost a decade. I appreciate the loose but fitted cut of the legs. Haven't been able to test them in the cold yet but I will say that as someone who is 5.9 I appreciate the long leg. Ordered the small and there seems to be plenty of room to move even with a baselayer on underneath. These are really flattering and love all the pockets.

These pants keep you WARM. I use them to walk my dog in MN winter (regularly below freezing, sometimes significantly below zero). These work well to keep my legs warm and offer lots of pockets for dog treats and other supplies. I'm a fairly thin build (5'7 130 lbs) and a Medium fit over a pant layer--but was snug to pull up and secure.

The pants are well-made but not a great fit for me. I needed a short size that wasn't available and the waist is too tight. I typically wear a size 10 curvy and got the medium.

These fit women's bodies well compared to other brands snow pants. They have enough room for layering without being bulky.

I typically need a size small for pants and had to size up. I may have for layering anyways but a small would have been too tight altogether I believe. I like how light they are but warm. I also went tubing for 3 hours and they kept me very warm and dry. Very pleased.

I just ordered these snow pants in a medium thinking I would have a little extra room for some layers underneath. I am 5'7" and weigh 148lbs. I wear a size 8 in jeans and it says the medium size should fit sizes 8 to 10. Well these are snug even with the adjustable velcro on the sides. I am going to keep them since the large are already sold out. Just going to be a tighter squeeze than I like.

I got these in Gesyr colour and absolutely love the shade. Fit well and look great on! However, there is something strange about OMNI technology. It keeps you warm but at the same time wet! When you are skiing no air can escape and even your underwear is soaked after. I have the same problem with my gloves. If you get a tiny bit of snow inside, your hands will be wet for the rest of the day. I'm not sure if I got snow in my parents but I was wet all day!

I bought these to play in the snow and weather unbearable freezing temperatures we get sometimes during the winter. I wore these for the first time today and they kept me toasty, comfy warm while I cleaned off my car and took care of outdoor tasks. The pants are made very well and I didn't sweat in them (until I was in the house for a bit where the temperature was much warmer). The multiple pockets and velcro enclosures and adjustments are nice. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are a touch uncomfortable when I kneel down because they don't stretch. I bought a medium after trying the large (which was too big) but can't make the waist any wider because they *just* fit my waist (they are comfortable when I am standing). I wish there was a bit more wiggle room in the waist, because otherwise, these fit perfectly. Regardless, I am keeping them because they are a nice, quality product I can see myself using for years to come.

I normally wear a medium in just about everything. These fit but we're a little snug for my liking. I made them work anyways. The length is great. Overall very good pants.

the size of the product is correct, but if you layer up, it will be little tight at waist

This product has a great quality, because it keeps my legs warm but not too warm. In addition it is super comfortable, it feels good to wear it and I don't have any problems with it. The only problem is that it is a little bit too big around my waist in S, but it is too small in XS.

I work outside and decided to use ski pants for comfort and movability.Ive used overalls bibs and they are bulky and end up soaked so I decided to try ski pants. I ordered a small short...I was unsure which size because my measurment of my waist fell right at end of scale. The waist fits well with an insolated warm legging but snug with jeans( Im not wearing them with jeans) If you are on the end scale of waist and prefer to wear jeans go a size up and use the velcro waist adjustments.I am 5 ft. and the length is ok with boots.
