These are my FAVORITE boots. Very comfortable, water proof and super stylish.

These boots look fantastic on, I get compliments from friends and strangers alike. Plus, my first day wearing them was on a trade show floor all day long. True to what I'd read, these were so comfortable that my feet were fine- and if you've ever had to stand all day on a trade show floor you know what a miracle that is. Love them!

I love these boots. They are so comfortable and functional and CUTE. Traction in the snow and ice is excellent and the sheer amount of leather on these boots is more than worth the price. They are not lined but they can be worn with very thick socks. You'll need to keep up with Snoâ?¢Seal or another waterproofer but the patina as they age is lovely.

THESE BOOTS ARE AWESOME!!! I feel so sad for all the unlucky sods who did not get to purchase these before they were out of stock. I can practically run in these wedges, they are soooo comfortable. I get countless compliments. They got me through my first (and last) Quebec winter.

These are a warm, fashion forward boot. I have thick calves, and these fit perfectly over leggings and skinny jeans!

These shoes are awesome! Super comfy. I'm usually a size 9 and I kept the 8.5.

This is the 3rd time trying these boots and like they say " third times a charm", I will be keeping these. I thought the heel might be too tall for me so I sent them back, but I really liked everything else about them so re-ordered and decided they are to "GREAT" to return. So comfy and cushioned. I wear size 9.5 in boots and that is what I ordered, the fit is right on. Also ordered the pebble/atmosphere color which is beautiful-love the blue laces-the leather is very soft, the soles are cushioned with super traction-and they are waterproof for wearing in Wyoming in the snow. I would order another pair in another color if I had more closet space.

LOVE THESE!!! I am always searching for the perfect boot, and I found these. They are super comfortable and give me a stylish look. I get complemented on them all the time. I put them on right away and they were instantly comfortable and not one blister. I thought they would be a bit bulky at the ankle area where they lace up, but to me they are not at all. The color is great, and the hidden wedge gives them an extra edge. I can wear them in the wet weather and not feel like I am going to slide all over the place. My first wedge boots, and I am so glad I got these.

These boots are outrageously adorable. They are stylish and warm, and comfortable to walk in as well.

This Sorel weather proof tall boot is so handsome. They look like a boot one may have seen on the feet of a Viking had one been alive. These are the most individual and unusual boot I own now, and I am a woman of many winter boots. They fit perfectly, are very complimentary due to the high wedge heel built in to the whole of the boot, and the color (I bought the darker shade) easily blending into a black pair of leggings or black tights elongating the leg. Because they are Sorel, I expect them to last a very long time.

I admired these shoes for months before actually purchasing them, and they are even better than expected! They are light and extremely comfortable, and I hardly ever wear heals. They are also incredibly nice looking shoes. So many people have complimented me on them. The traction on the boot is perfect for wet, sloppy weather. They make cold, sloppy winters a little more bearable! Some reviewers complaned about the laces. I haven't had any problems with them. If you tighten the laces, they fit perfectly. They aren't easy to slip on and off, but I think the style is worth the trade off! If you're not sure about these, definitely give them a try (especially since they're on sale!).

I bought these boots in 8.5, 9, and in pebble and black. The pebble color with the blue laces is sooo cool looking. The black is great too but the pebble is more unique. Re size -- I am a "large" 8.5. I could fit into either so I would say these are true to size. The 9 felt a bit more comfortable in the toe region but slipped in the heel a bit. Sock thickness could be used to help with fit. I did not keep these so can't comment on longevity or comfort. They just aren't practical for my lifestyle and the weather here -- too much money for a boot I might wear once a year.

OMG this is my new favorite boot! I wore them recently for 10 days during my Colorado ski trip. They are so comfortable I don't even realize there is a heel wedge. I never slipped once even though it was icy. The leather and suede is soft and pliable. And the lacing allows you to adjust fit based on what you are wearing from thick leggings and boot socks to skinny jeans. I have athletic calves and was worried they wouldn't look right but I am so happy with my purchase. I definitely recommend.

First review I have ever written despite being very regular shopper. These boots are worth every penny, just like everyone says! Amazingly comfortable. Bought them and walked around Manhattan all weekend - right out of box. Strangers complimented them multiple times. They are great if you have an athletic calf but narrow ankles. To get boots that fit my calves properly, I usually end up with bunching at ankles. The laces and styling make these fit in a customized way. They run about a half size big, and you can still fit thick socks, even when sizing down. Best boots I have ever owned and most comfortable wedge ever. How come my shoes can't be this comfortable?!

As always, these Sorel boots are amazing. I have muscular calves and often have a hard time finding boots to fit up over jeans. Because these are lace-up, I thought they would work. They not only fit great, but they are very flattering, too. I get compliments every time I wear them. And they are extremely comfortable due to the wedge heel, which to me is just the right height to add length to your leg but still be walkable. My husband especially loves them! (As do all my girlfriends!) Very expensive, but worth it. I'll have these forever.

I love these boots so much, I want every color. Even though there is a wedge heal, these are more comfortable than most flats I own. They are so stylish and I get compliments on them all the time. Whenever I come home from a long day of wearing these, I don't take them off right away. I think I'd sleep in these if it wasn't a weird thing to do.

I ended up buying these boots in three colors. I purchased the black boots from Zappos about a year ago. I wear one of the three colors almost every day during the winter. You can dress them up or down. The boots are waterproof and comfortable. I had to walk in a bunch of deep slush and snow today and my feet stayed dry. I wiped the boots off when I came in and they look "good as new." I have recommended these boots to so many people and I constantly get compliments everytime I wear them from women of all ages.

I really wanted to keep these boots they are beautiful, the leather is very soft.....but they were very hard to get on, I wish they would have put in a zipper, and the height was a little too much for me. I ordered my usual size 9.5 and they fit great, very well cushioned but heel a little narrow for me, for someone who wears heels they will be fine. Beautiful color and very well constructed....??

Love these boots!! They are beautiful! I just ordered mine in Pebble, and I cant say enough about them! They are well made, and some worried that they would be bulky they are not for me. They are a tad big in length about a 1/2 size which is ok since I will wear thick socks at times. The height is perfect and they are very comfortable. I have been searching for so long for the perfect boot for the season! Oh and one thing that I was concerned about was ease of putting them on as there is no side zipper.... but truly is not an issue just because I do not have to unlace them all the way my foot just slides in. The calf width is just right for me as I am a curvy girl and was skeptical at first for high end boots because some just fit smaller. I also wear a size 11 and I hate trying to find a boot that makes my foot look huge! -these do not do that .. the wedge is perfect for my foot arch and also keeps them looking smaller. Love these boots worth the investment!

Super pleased with these boots! They do run narrow, but I have a very narrow foot so that's ok. The left boot was tight on my toes but a few days stuffed with paper cured that. I don't know how they did it, but these wedges are extremely comfortable and don't hurt my back. They are also pretty good on ice and snow. My true size is an 8 1/2N and these fit great in an 8 1/2.

Love these boots! Had my eye on these for quite sometime so, when they went on sale I had to pull the trigger. I am so glad that I did. They are comfortable right out of the box, no need for "break in" time. So cute and just edgy enough. Love!

I love-love-love this boots. I was afraid about the size and width, but couldn't check it. So I was not sure and took the larger size. They do a little larger, so I can wear them on a socks. Boots are incredibly comfortable and soft inside, and the width is adjusted by laces.
