The description said it runs small. It does not. It will take a hooded sweatshirt under it to get it to fit at all. The other jacket we ordered was more true to size.

Wore this jacket in very light rain (only a slight drizzle) for only 1&1/2 hrs. & my chest, arms, & the pockets were literally soaked. Was mostly displeased when everything in my pockets were ruined. Not waterproof

Not as Advertised, soft mesh lining???. Only a small portion of front panels has mesh lining. None on back or arms. I had ordered for the mesh lining, there are much less expensive rain jackets available similar to this Columbia jacket.

The item description says, "With a waterproof nylon shell and soft mesh lining". I expected and wanted the entire jacket to have a mesh lining - the body and sleeves. The only place there is a mesh lining is on the inside of the front (stomach/chest area). Not what I expected or wanted at all.

I'm looking for a Columbia jacket like my previous one that breaths, keeps me dry in the rain and is reliably warm, even in cold weather when using a sweater or sweatshirt.

The jacket looks nice, but first time that I wore the jacket the zipper jammed. Most embarassing when experienced when entering a public restaurant. It would seem that clothing manufacturers could figure out a way to prioritize function over fashion such that the fabric doesn't get caught beneath the zipper mechanism.

Bought this to replace an old waterproof wind breaker. Jackets is paper thin and reminds me of those cheap throw away coveralls. Jacket is waterproof but that also prevents it from breathing. Since the coat is unlined it will stick to your skin and can become clammy inside. The material is so light weight that the slightest breeze has it flapping like a flag and causes it to not hang right and just bunches up. I am taking the jacket back. I should know better than to buy a coat through the mail without trying it on.

I bought this a few months ago to be ready for spring. I've only worn it a handful of times. Today was rain all day and after walking my dogs for 30 minutes, the rain seeped through. Not waterproof!

Columbia is obviously a lesser brand when it comes to outdoor options. As big and tall folks, we will take what we can get. Columbia is gracious enough to take care of us big guys, but I dont think they put a lot of thought into the length on their jackets. They are consistently short across the board. Please fix this issues and I will buy every piece of clothing you offer.

I purchase Columbia clothes because they are made well, and perform as advertised. This jacket is the exception. Rain will penetrate the fabric and leave you soaked. After walking around in very light and intermittent rain, my shirt and undershirt were both soaking wet, and unfortunately I had to wear them for the remainder of the day. This made for a miserable experience.

The entire garment was too small, and does not make any accommodation for bigness in the waist. Had to return

The jacket is light in weight but not in terms of how hot you will be in it. It traps heat and sticks to your skin. Very uncomfortable.

A have bought 2 jackets from your place and both hoods are very big. They come over the head to front of chin. At other stores that sell jacket there hoods are right on the money. I am not happy with your weather gear. And when I go back and ask your store on this problem all they to say is sorry but that how company orders them. What are you going to do about. Have you try one of this jackets too see how fit.
