I bought this for my mother for Christmas. She has never owned a North Face and I'm a loyal customer. She LOVES the jacket and was thrilled to own one. It also helps with the sub zero temperatures in Massachusetts!!

Purchased this jacket as a gift for my daughter. She loves the color and the jacket. She says it's warm and it can be casual or dressy. Well worth the money.

Daughter had to have this jacket. Keeps her warm. She asks me to turn the heat down in my car when she has it on. I am more like excuse me take that jacket off. Lol. Anyways made well.

The jacket was true to size and therefore fit my daughter perfectly. It is a really nice color, not grey but not silver. It was a Christmas gift and she loved it. So soft and warm.

Loved everything about this jacket except the fit. Item purchased as Christmas gift for my daughter. Based on sizing guide using age, weight and height, an XS was recommended. Because I want her to be able to wear this jacket for a while, I ordered one size up (S). The item was too small and had to be returned. I am not really a fan of the sites return process either. I love The North Face brand and will continue to purchase items but will most likely only do so as in store purchases.

i got this jacket for my daughter for christmas and she loves it. just had a little problem with fed ex. but tnf took care of me and made sure i got it before christmas. thanks north face.

Purchased for daughter as a gift. After reading the reviews from so many I was sold. Ordered right before Christmas and deliver was right on time. Daughter loves jacket! Is warm and wind does not go through it like so many others! Will definitely buy again!

My daughter received the jacket for Christmas and she loves it. She has a white.and a black as well.

I bought this jacket for my wife as a Christmas gift. It has been about two weeks now and I don't think she has worn any other coat or jacket since. We just had an extreme cold streak come through with below zero temperatures and only once one the way to the car did she say she was cold. I hope this helps.

This is our second jacket purchased from North Face for my teenage daughter. She now has one white and one black jacket. They wash very well - the white one comes clean every time. They are warm and fit well.
