1st of all I would like to say I loved the jacket. I based the size off a previous North Face product. The jacket arrived in like 3 days which I thought was amazing. I loved the jacket. The color shown on the web site was a perfect match to what was in the box. The size was big. We returned the product to a brick and mortar store and the customer service we received in Madison to get us the right size was fantasic. i cannot say enough good things about this shopping experience. Thanks North Face!

Perfect fit for my daughter! The jacket is very well made. The material is very soft but, yet good quality. The price was appropriate for the quality of jacket you are getting. The shipping and ordering process was perfect- no mistakes or problems.

I purchased this jacket for my girlfriend for christmas and she absolutely loves it. I litterally have to tell her to take it off. I have never actually worn it because it is a women's jacket and I am too big for it and its a women's jacket but still a great purchase.
