Adorable jacket I love the waist that goes in very cute but...it's a lot lighter than I expected for the price and after months of owning it I decided to wash it for the first time... followed the instructions perfectly and it is destroyed! The feathers inside clumped together and the jacket is ruined so disappointed they need to change the care tag and let us know how to avoid this issue

This is a very pretty coat, but I thought it would be warmer...

I bought a size medium to replace a size small in a different brand puffer jacket. As soon as I opened the package I knew it was going to be too small. I measured this size medium against the current size small I have in a different brant. It was almost identical in width. So disappointing and now the size large is not available. It is being returned. I also received a discount because I signed up for the VIP for a first time order so now if I reorder, it will be at full price!

I ordered grey coat its not the one in picture,if one of rain or any liquid comes in contact with coat it won't come off don't buy the light color.

I purchased this jacket in the Aviator Blue from the picture the color is suppose to be a deep dark blue I was very dissatisfied with the jacket it was a ashy grayish color with this fur around the hood that looks like the fur of a squirrel false advertisement

I was excited for this coat but ended up returning it. I didn't like the way it looked on. There was some weird cinching on the sides that I couldn't see in the picture and it was really cheap looking/feeling for North Face.

It was a beautifull jack and I love that it was warm and light weight. From the first day it started leaking feathers everywhere. I thought that many after the first wash it would stop but no it got worse. I expected more for the pri e and sence its northface. Very disappointed

I loved this coat until I washed it. After two months of wearing it I decided it wash it. I followed the instructions to wash by itself, delicate, warm. I took it out of the wash and the coat is completely ruined. The feathers became lumped together to the point of no return. Super disappointed that North Face would put out a product like this!

Sizing is terrible, medium to small and large was huge

For the money I spent on this I was expecting so much nicer of a product. It's a lot thinner than I expected and not as warm as they advertise. The fur on the coat is extremely thin and was advertised as a light color but it came all black so it looked even worse. I am super disappointed. This brand is too expensive to be this cheaply made.

Not worth the money. Seems some corners were cut making this coat. Fur around the hood, cheap. Very disappointed. I usually like northface products...not so much with this product.

This jacket is not warm enough for cold weather. Cannot be trusted for extra windy cold weather maybe a light rain if that.

This jacket was incredibly expensive, so I assumed I was going to get a really high quality item...I was wrong. The first time I put it on, the zipper unzipped itself all the way up to where I had it closed. I fixed it, and then later that day it did it again. Not only that, the collar is so high its really kinda awkward if you don't have it zipped up, it just flares out. Lastly, my coat was hemorrhaging goose down, not the expected amount here and there, the hole was so big that if I pulled it out, a HUGE clump just came up ready to be pulled out. It was really horrific for how much money I paid I sent it back.

I Purchased this jacket online for myself( black Color) . As what I've seeing here( online) that this coat looks fantastic, cute and stylish. That's the coat I always wanted. yesterday when This jacket Arrived, I opened the box, when I saw the jacket it wasn't look like in the Picture. The North face Symbol on the jacket that I got is black color, but it is white color on the jacket in picture online. the fur on the hood is all black color, Too! It doesn't looks as nice as I've seen online. Also, the Quality is very poor. So I'm going to return it.

So I got this jacket about two weeks ago and I absolutely love the all black design and the big huge furry hood! BUT there is one HUGE problem! All of the feathers are falling out of the seams and I am afraid I will have a flat jacket! I paid $230.00 for this jacket and it should not be falling apart already. I am SO VERY disappointed.
