Super warm & comfortable. I love how oversized the hood feels with the fur attached! THE VELCRO PULLS MY HAIR ALL THE TIME! Very unfortunate design flaw.

It is comfortable and good for fall weather. It disintegrated and lost its padding after the first wash I would not recommend it again it says gentle wash and that's what I did

I like the coat but did not love it enough to keep it.

Winter use

The material makes noise and feels stiff. The fit is great and the warmth is perfect

I always wear a small but this coat was to big all over I was a bit disappointed when I got the coat now I have to return and get a different style.

Wanted to love it!

I would where this coat to work when it's cold outside, on weekend events and I am going skiing in February and wondered if this North Face Jacket cold serve as a ski coat, and keep me warm up north in Michigan.

The shell and the plush inside felt cheap from the first touch. Given the price I expected a lot better quality especially from tnf. Is a gift for mom so hope it's enough to keep her warm but I doubt it. It's stylish none the less!

I loved the iridescent color and the faux fur on the hood, but the length just hit in the wrong spot. Had to return.

She wears a Medium, but it was to small, she will have to grow into the large.

This feels good on. Usually wear a medium but other reviews said this runs small so I ordered a size up & glad I did...fits beautifully. My complaint is with the faux fur on the hood. All the photos show white in it but it is solid black. Thought it would be fluffier too.

I like the length of the jacket that covers my behind. The medium grey color is beautiful. It is a nice warm jacket. However, here is why I returned the jacket. The sleeves are too long and the fur doesn't not stay in place. I understand that it is a removable fur but when it's on, it should be on. They could have added a few buttons or something so the fur does not flip back and forth. Other qualities of the jacket is good, but didn't love enough to keep it. For reference, I am 5'2"/105pounds and XS is my size.

I am not sure if I am going to keep this jacket or not. It is much more lightweight than I had anticipated it being, especially for the price and for the warmness level it claims to be. I am very petite, 5 feet and appx 110 lbs and I went with the small given previous reviewers. I wanted the jacket to be able to fit over a sweater. The S does fit over a sweater and is still fitted enough to not be bulky or baggy. Overall, the fit of the jacket is nice but I can't get over how lightweight it feels and I'm questioning how wind proof its going to be. I live in NYC and commute outdoors every day so I need something heavy duty. I am entertaining the idea of keeping this jacket for the warmer (30-40 degrees) winter days. Also, since it is so so lightweight, I might keep it just for the sake of having a jacket to wear to workout classes that can also be shoved into a small cubby or locker.

I love almost everything about this coat. It's comfortable and good quality. Very warm and stylish. My last NF coat the hood was perfect. This one is really shallow and fits weird. You cannot just pull it up over your head because it's too small and tight (FYO my head is not large). The collar also drive sme crazy and I have to pin it down as it's as high as my ears and gets in the way of my earrings.

I like the jacket, but the the zippers on the pockets are horrible and dont work well. When you are out in the cold you need the zippers to open easily. These get stuck. Thinking of returning the jacket. Although I like the style, warmth, etc.

I wanted this coat for my bday and my fiance got it for me I thought it was silver so I was all excited ordered silver sneakers to match on for my bday outfit and now I have s darker grey coat they really need to change that picture it does not match the coat they mail to you.service

I use this jacket for every day wear in the Minnesota cold weather but it's simply just not warm enough for me, given that our weather temperatures change so much. It's great for blocking the wind & rainy weather though! I love the furry hood! The zipper and pockets are nice and warm. It fits me overall pretty well in the size I ordered which was a Large but the sleeves seem a little shorter than they should be. Otherwise I would recommend this jacket to anyone ordering it.

I ordered 3 jackets and 2 of them came with cuts in the plastic bag and the jacket. It was a bummer to find out they didn't have anymore of these jackets left to replace it. I feel if I'm paying this much for a jacket then there should be some assurance that it won't leave the warehouse destroyed

This coat is ok. It's very light I was expecting it to be a little heavier for the price I paid. But none the less it is cute.

Can't wait to wear it.

I had to purchase a larger size so the sleeve length would be long enough. The sleeves are still too short and Dolly Parton could fill out the chest. The hand pocket zippers suck and the CF zipper gets caught regardless of the ribbon backer on the zipper flap. I wish the hood was removable and the fur trim needs an attachment to keep it back. I receive compliments on the color.

I bought this coat because I needed a warmer winter coat. It's definitely warm and protected me from the wind. I've only used it in 30-40 degree weather, so I can't speak for anything beyond that. I have noticed bits of down escaping from inside the coat, but not so much that it has bothered me or given me any indication that it wasn't a well made item. My biggest issue is the hood. Without the fur liner, it's too short to offer much protection in rain. With the fur, it's too long and flops in front of my face, plus the fur is definitely not in any way water resistant. Not sure if TNF assumed nobody would actually wear this in the rain despite the rest of the coat being water repellent. I am 5'2" 130lbs and bought the small. I'd say it's snug, not tight, but I haven't worn anything too bulky underneath (haven't needed to since the coat keeps me plenty warm).

Fit finder recommended an XL, but I had to return it for a XXL because it was too tight across the chest. The XXL is loose elsewhere, but fits where I need it. I have other NF jackets in both L and XL, so I was surprised that I needed a XXL.

I own 5 North Face jacket and I have been consistent in sizing. I am always a Large no matter the style of jacket. I ordered a Large in this jacket and I thought it felt a little snug. I went up to the XL which then was too big for me. I ended up just returning the jacket and bought a different brand from the mall. I love the light fill of the jacket, the cinching and overall style but the sizing was just off for me.
