Good quality and nice fit. Bought this for my mother as a Christmas present and she loved it. The "find your size" option was extremely helpful too.

I purchased a North Face jacket last winter and returned it because too many feathers were falling out. North Face was more than happy to replace it so I chose the Women's Gotham Parka. My size wasn't in stock at the North Face Store, but they were happy to ship it to me free of charge and it arrived in just a couple of days. I've only worn it to one cold, outdoor occasion - very happy with the warmth and appearance.

I wear medium to large, depending on the cut. This size large jacket fit me in every way, except the arms are too tight, particularly at the elbow when I bend my arm.

Love this jacket. It keeps me warm and I got lots of compliments every time I wear them. It is perfect to wear in winter

This jacket was perfect but the original one I bought was too small. I returned it for a larger size. I used the sites size calculator and thought it was a little off, and should have gone with a larger size like I thought. Super quick shipping through and loved that I saved 4% using Ebates!

I love this product for walking to class in the chilly weather! This jacket is super warm without being too puffy and making me feel huge. It was a little small in the hips, but I have proportionally large hips so I'm sure many other are fine.

I own the Metropolis Parka and love it. This is the closest version of it in the jacket style.. Some of the reviews have left me concerned. I hope it wears well.I miss the snaps and zipper closure of the Parka.

The jacket is nice an I'm sure it will be just warm like my other northface jacket I have for 10 years but the jacket wasn't exactly as pictured. The fur on my jacket is black and the north face embolem is black not white as pictured. I'm not sure if the reason these thugs are different because of my jacket being plus size. The fit is great otherwise!

I didn't think I would need a parka jacket but unfortunately all of my classes this semester are late at night and it gets as cold as 0 degrees. There were nights I had to stand in the cold for up to 30 minutes while waiting for the campus bus. I finally decided to invest in a parka from northface and it keep me so warm! The find my size survey is very inaccurate... It said I needed an XXL and I was doubtful so I ordered the XL instead and it was still too big for me. I exchanged for a L and it fits nicely everywhere except the bust area is a little tight. I kept the L instead because my friend said the XL looked too big it was unflattering.

Light weight and very warm got it as a gift. Was small and had to return which is a long annoying process but have one that now fits

I love the Gotham down jacket! I was really hoping that they had some if the metro's in stock but because if the season, they were sold out. You really can't go wrong with any purchase from The Northface!

I was a little hesitant before purchasing this jacket, because I needed warm. But I do not regret this jacket at all. It is perfect exactly what I wanted. Lightweight, yet warm perfect for everyday and hanging out. Fit perfectly. I love it. I got compliments too I guess because of the color. I got the olive and it's very cool! Its fit to size because im always a medium in jackets and its a perfect fit!

This is my 2nd time purchase of North face. This coat is so comfortable and warm. Absolutely recommended.

Although very pricey, the jacket is well constructed, cute and very warm.

I like the style and color of the coat however Im cold blooded and was disappointed with the warmth, I thought I would never be cold again in a north face coat but over all I like my coat for the few days I've been wearing it!

The sizes run small, so I had to return it and get the next size up. My daughter loves the coat. It is very warm and the color (the dark purple color) is beautiful!

I’m 5’4” and 36c in bust, 29-30 inches in waist, and 38 in hip, I ordered size medium. Pros: light weight, comfortable, make your body looks slimmer, and for the length, it covers past half of my buttock a bit. The size seems accurate but a bit tight at the hip. Con: the feather keeps coming off but I decided to keep it because it’s discount and I can use for daily at work at the hospital or for walk exercise

I live in Wisconsin and the coat kept me warm when the temperature was below zero however the one big downfall is the outer material. It is very thin and I feel that it will likely tear before the end of the winter season. So I would recommend this coat for only casual wear.

I love this jacket and have worn it every day since purchase. DO NOT wash or dry. After following directions, I washed once and the coat is now ruined.
