Not really made for curvy girl women. Had trouble with zipping the jacket in the hip area quite often. Sleeves started to collect fabric pilling. I returned the jacket as I was not happy with quality or comfort

I have the arctic parka 2 in green bought it from sportcheck over the summer 2021 I loved this jacket until I actually had to use it in cold weather . The wind blows right through it and in any temps from about -5 and colder I am NEVER warm in it even with layers. Especially the sleeves are even colder than the body. For the price paid this jacket should keep me somewhat warm to about minus 25 is what I expected. If I stand still in this jacket I get cold extremely fast... Im very disappointed . I really think its just an issue of the outer fabric not blocking the wind or cold for that matter. Still this should be taken care of for the price range. I will be looking elsewhere for next winter. I will say I love the design Its looks great very feminine

I used to have this coat a few years ago and I loved it. Im not sure what has change but this new style is horrible. They making them horrible now. I initially got a small and while the top part was fine , the bottom part of the coat was super tight. I had to return for a medium. Medium was super big all around. Not sure why they making them this way now. So disappointed. Return both! Will try another brand.

The parka was for everyday use. Only to be disappointed.

Website said 85% people your height & weight wear medium. I ordered medium it is small for me. Chain stopped working even without wearing it one time. I paid money to receive quality product which are missing in my order.

First of this parka did not come with care instructions, I had to google it to make sure I was doing it right. I washed it twice and it has a wet dog smell after completely drying. I contacted customer service and the best they can do is to file a warranty claim. I was considering on changing to a different style, but they are not making it easy. I don't recommend this jacket to anyone.

This coat is for best for "winter" in southern states or early fall/late spring Midwest.

This parka used to be perfection. I had an older model and came back to order another only to find they redesigned it with a giant ugly logo on the front AND back! My older model had a stylish subtle square logo on the shoulder. I'm really disappointed in this change and that I have to now find a new parka to buy.

I am 5'3", 103 lbs & this was too much coat for me, so I returned it. So far, my credit card has not been credited with the return after almost a month.

They removed the snaps on the prior version and replaced with cheap velcro. The neck also sticks up and pokes you in the face because it won't fold down. This coat is going back!

Fabric very cheap

The product looks as advertised. The good: it is warm The bad: it is NOT WATERPROOF! It does absorb water and will get wet after a day in the snow. Given this was a Level 3 out of 3 on waterproofness I did not expected this.

Ordered my usual size 14 or L but it was cut way too tight across the chest (I'm 38C) and the shoulders were too big- strange sizing all around. I shipped it back using the North Face provided return shipment label included in package. When I heard nothing back after 2 weeks, I emailed support and was told it could take up to 6 weeks to process my return (!). Should've gone to the 5th Avenue NYC store to do a direct return. Oy.

I really wanted to like this jacket. It's very flattering and long and true to size but the biggest con to it is that it collects ALOT of lint like ALOT, like when there's sunlight out it looks very dirty. Sadly I had to return it.

I purchased the city grey color. The faux fur doesn't look like it shows in the pitcute- it's more like dark brown fur with slight purple tinge that's really uneven. The coat is not at all waterproof. I walked in light rain for 20 minutes and the water was clearly soaking through the fabric as the color of the fabric changes for darker when it happens. At this price I expected more. It is also very bulky and unflattering.

I usually wear XL, but was advised to order up. So both XL and XXL had to be returned. Idk if a XXXL would fit because I was quite frustrated by then!

I had very high expectations for this parka but it is just too heavy and bulky. The worst of all is that the zipper doesn't work 9 out of 10 times. Disappointed.

Not impressed, I feel the cold coming through and it's only -8 Maybe a defect?

I would not recommend this coat, unless you like velcro closures down the entire front of the coat. The description of the velcro closures should have been made plain in the details of the coat. I will return it to the store.

Ordered this particular model because I saw that it had the white logo on white coat (TNF White). Got the coat and it has a black logo. Huh? The only place I saw that had the Arctic Parka in white/white was the TNF website, but turns out that's not even accurate. I don't know what kind of shenanigans that's supposed to be, misrepresenting your own product. Plus, Arctic Parka, Arctic Parka II and other names seem to be used on different products (on TNF website and elsewhere) interchangeably. Hard to compare shop or even know what for sure what you're ordering, as I learned the hard way. Seems like a good coat but what I got wasn't what ordered.

I think the item is good quality but it's too big (ordered size M, that's what I usually wear. I'm 5 4" and 134lbs). So I returned it.

It looked nice but was way big... was excited to shi back and get correct size with huge disappointment. My nice gift is -300 with no coat

This is the worse jacket I've even had. I truly hate it. I needed sth warm and yes, it is warm jacket. But I look horrible every time because it gets dirty IMMEDIATELY. You wanna sit-don't, it will be dirty. You wanna put shopping in the trunk-don't touch the car or you'll be dirty. Don't even look at it because it may get dirty! I wanted to cry that I spent so much for this garbage

The outer shell is very poorly made, poor quality. It ripped in two places from just regular wear. Waking in my garage:(

I wanted to love this coat so badly but... I didn't. I feel as though when I put the hood on my head, I felt as though it was squishing me down. When I zipped up the zipper to the top, it rubbed against my chin and was so uncomfortable. I am 5'11" and perhaps it has to do with my height!!?? Returned it.
