Didn't get a chance to test this coat for warmth, because the fit was so off. This coat is perfect for a pear-shaped woman. It is tight in the chest, and huge in the hips. I am 5'9", 122lbs, and a 34D. I ordered a Medium. I had no room in the chest area, and way too much room in the hips. Sleeve length was fine, as was length. Too bad the fit was so bad, it looked like a nice, warm coat.

I've had this jacket for 3 months and used it a few times. I fell and the jacket is now ripped and scratched. Jacket is very poor quality for it to have holes like from 1 fall like that, no warranty.

live in NYC and bought this jacket in January 2026. While it kept my torso somewhat warm, my arms, especially my forearms, were cold. The sizing is tricky. I have a small chest, so the jacket fit well there, but my hips and thighs are bigger, so it felt snug in that area. If I sized up to fix the snug fit, the chest became too big. save your time and money and do not buy this jacket.

This coat is not match for NYC winters, even with layers I'm still cold. Feels like I'm wearing a thin jacket. Not the same as the coat from years ago.

Siri, please, the buttons that go on top of the zipper with Velcro and it snags on every single piece of my clothing. I cannot tell you how many pairs of Lululemon tops and pants. I have ruined over these and I'm so frustrated. I hate this coat redesigned with Velcro buttons.

I returned this coat. Too small specifically around the middle. Very awkward.

The coat is too thin and not nearly as warm as the ARCTIC level. Even though I ordered it from the official website, it doesn't seem like a genuine THF parka. I'm very disappointed.

After going thru multiple financial hardships this year, I saved enough to get this coat. It IS A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. THREE WEARS IN AND FUR IS COMING OUT AND IM CONCERNED. THREE WEARS, and I only wear it to work, take it off, and put it back on when I'm going home. So three times I've had it on a total of 2 hrs. So why all this fur coming out. I previously had one of these jackets and it seem to have changed a lot. No inner zip pocket, just a square pocket, jacket is very light as well. I can't return it.

I bought an Arctic Parka ten years ago and it was exceptionally warm. I could wear a t shirt underneath in 30 degree weather and be sweating. In this new coat, I was chilly in 40 degree weather, with a sweater underneath. It used to be the coat I could count on for bitter New York winters. Not any more.

I regret buying this Parka. I washed it before keeping it after winter season and I noticed that the down feathers got thinner/lesser. Tried to email customer service if they can do anything about it but they just send me an instruction on how to care for the jacket.

Nice parka but zipper is totally useless. Broke after first use. Continues to break. Awful.

I've had this jacket for a year and only wore it for a few winter months and it does not keep you warm. I have to wear multiple layers to keep warm. It gets extremely flat, and definitely is not quality compared to my old north face I got many years ago. I would not recommend and personally will not be purchasing anything from north face.

This coat runs small in the shoulders, leading to a tight fit in the underarms that makes thicker sweaters uncomfortable to wear. I got caught in a light rain for 30 mins while traveling in Norway, and every seam let in water. Every later down to my skin was wet. So disappointed.

I do not recommend it. It is a huge hustle to wash / dry. it takes me two full days and the jacket still has clumps everywhere.

Serious crap for a lot of money. Not warm at all, made of fish fur that doesn't stand even mildest winter. Runs small, can't even layer up. Don't waste your money on this, I don't know what happened with the brand, maybe inflation or you fired your previous product development folks, or idk what, but the quality of products fell through the roof lately.

Who actually looks good in this? The sleeves cover my entire hand and I'm 5'8. It's a shame. It's a great coat. Fix the sleeve length!

Ordered a Large top too big bottom snug. Finger loops on hands too short coat arm length too long.

Very disappointed in this jacket. It's not warm at all. I wore three shirt layers and two pant layers and my arms and legs were cold and I could feel cold air coming through in 25 degrees weather.

This color green looks waaay different in real. It's too bright, gives me a headache looking at it.

I used this jacket for one very light winter and the stitching of the pocket lining came out within the first two months. I contacted them and they said I had to pay to send it in to be evaluated.

Fabulous color! Warmest coat I've ever tried on. NO drawstring in the hood! Returned it! It fell over my face. SAD

Had to return because it's too big. I'm usually a medium but decidedly to up a size to layer but it's too big.

Unfortunately the medium fit perfectly but I wanted it a little bigger for layering and I tried the large. There's a huge difference in size.so I had to return.

Disappointed in fit and quality

Completely disliked how the regular small size looked on me . It made me look very bulky. May be should have tried petite size.
