Going skiing for the first time this week. After reading all the reviews, I chose this jacket and am glad I did. It is lightweight, flattering, slimming fit, I am full figured and this is super comfy. It is amazing how a jacket so thin can keep you so warm!

I use this for everyday use. It doesn't snow where I live but can get a little nippy. Its a nice jacket to pull out for those in-between days where you don't want to lug out a heavy pea coat but need something more than a sweatshirt. Plus its great for dressing down from wearing a fancy wool coat but not being as cas' as sweats. The sizing questions online gave the perfect recommendation. It fits perfectly and even has comfortable space to wear tees or sweaters inside. I love it!!!

I Bought this for my wife as she was needing a warmer jacket. It fit exactly to scale as advertised on thenorthface.com. Also, it is very warm and comfortable, providing just the right amount of warmth and waterproof for the weather we have in Nashville. I would highly recommend as a gift.

Lightweight yet warm. Love the amparo blue....I admired it on friend and bought one for myself! Using it as my winter coat in Wisconsin and it is plenty warm. I would buy another!

This is my everyday jacket. I love how much warmth it provides inspite of being extremely light weight. It has a comfortable fit allowing for an extra layer when needed.

I love the color of this jacket and the color of the zipper. It fits great and is very very light - great for travel, everyday use and taking long walks.

I love this jacket so far. I have been comfortably warm in the low 30s with a base layer and a Mighty Light Columbia vest underneath. It is water resistant so I always have a waterproof shell available in case of rain here in the Puget Sound. I have Balsam Geen that is the color of dusty teal/green and appears more grey on overcast days. Very neutral. The cut is athletic so I sized up. The jacket is super light and packs up beautifully. I recommend it.

Got as a gift for my girlfriend who 6 ft tall and thin so coat didn't fit her right (m) which sucked cuz she absolutely loved it otherwise would recommend to anyone.

Perfect amount of warmth running to and from the subway. Haven't tried it in the colder weather yet, but it is easy to layer.

I previously reported that the balsam green color was more slate grey. This is true until you go outside in daylight at which point the color is a lovely green. So if you wear it at only night or looked at the color under lights - you don't really get a true color viewing. Still loving mine. Would have updated my post - but didn't see how to do that.
