Purchased this in an XL as a gift for my mother, she's about 5'9'' and a little curvy. The fit was absolutely perfect, and she's able to dress it up or go very casual.This jacket is great for northern california weather, not too cold. The color is beautiful and true to the image. She's always getting compliments on it.

Its a must for your closet, no matter where you live or travel to. Easy to pack, wear, combines with everything. very light weight and can be so warm. just buy it.

This jacket has exceeded all of my expectations. I was looking for a lightweight jacket to keep me warm running to and from the gym. After searching and trying out other options, I finally decided to take the plunge and try out this North Face - it is the answer to my months of searching! When it arrived, it was so light and flimsy feeling, I didn't think there was anyway this jacket could keep anyone warm, but I was completely wrong! Within the first week, DC weather provided me with rain, snow, wind and bitter cold and I never felt a thing! Amazing!! My only "complaint" would be that the elastic cuffs around the wrists took a bit of getting used to, but now I'm thankful for them as they keep the wind out. Now I'm debating if I "need" this jacket in another color!

Great Jacket! Light weight but really warm. A little big in sleeves but otherwise true to size.

Beautiful jacket. I have it in 5 colors now- Rabbit Grey, the hot pink color, the Purple Pink color, the Blue color, and the Black color. I cannot say enough good things about this jacket. It keeps me warm event in 5 degree weather. I wear it when the weather is between 5 degrees and up to about 55 degrees. I just layer it with a hat and gloves in colder weather. I took this jacket with me to Aruba in December 2016 and was happy I was the only tourist who was not lugging around a huge coat, as I easily folded this jacket into my very small carry on tote. Get it. It's totally amazing.

I have bought two Thermoball jackets, one with a hood and one without. I have nothing but good things to say about both. I bought the black swash print and have got so many compliments on it! Right after buying this jacket we went to Portland in December. It was cold and rainy the entire time, but I was more than warm enough with a layer under the jacket. The only downside to this jacket is they are not water resistant so if you're in a rainy climate and don't have an umbrella, it will get wet fast. It doesn't claim to be water resistant so this wasn't an issue for me. It dries quickly. Living in Colorado I have worn it on the coldest of days so far (8 degrees as a high), and going out with my jacket, a beanie and gloves ~ the only thing to get cold were my legs. It is hard to believe a jacket that is so lightweight and packable can still be so warm. I hate bulky winter jackets and always feel constricted in them. This jacket is completely opposite of those. This is my new go-to jacket and favorite travel necessity!

Awesome jacket that is super warm!

I have three of these Northface Thermoball jackets!! Two have no hood , one does . Today in Vermont it is about 12 degrees outdooors , I need to get car fuel and be outdoors, sooo i have layered my thermoball under my knee length down Northface !! I can do an outside hockey game and be PERFECT! On regular winter vermont days i wear them constantly to the groceries, errands etc.... I have spread the word that everyone needs one of these! The light weight is awesome and the warmth is amazing!!!

Great jacket!!! I got the Balsam green and it's a very pretty shade of green, kind of dusty teal. But it does look more grey on an overcast day. Very comfortable and if layered under it it will keep you warm. I live in Michigan and we have very cold winters, so far it's been warm!

Totally love my (black) jacket. Very stylish for the warmth it offers, & lightweight enough to run in or travel with. Wish I could justify buying multiples of it in different colors. Will definitely get my money's worth with this one.

I purchased this jacket in Amparo Blue as a Christmas gift for my daughter who absolutely loves it! She will not wear a bulky jacket; this one is light-weight but very warm and comfortable.

Great jacket for weather in the 30's but Quail Grey which looked silverish on my screen just arrived and it is mauve. just in case i was seeing something others were not i polled my family. they all agreed its purple. i'd call it mauve. definitely NOT grey. so now i'm trying to decide if I'll exchange it.

This is the best coat I've ever owned. It's lightweight but VERY warm. I have to walk about two blocks to my job from the parking lot and this coat keeps me warm on cold windy days. I would buy this coat for a friend or family member!
