I bought the black & gold color and it is perfect. Love the fit, the feel, the comfort! Everything about it is great! I am usually a medium and the medium fits true to size!

We look forward to wearing this to avoid cold weather and wind on an upcoming trip to Alaska!

So after wasting dollars buying jackets that I thought would help keep me warm against wind and fog I finally bought the right one. I know it seems like a lot of money but you won't need to replace this jacket any time soon. I love it, not because it works to keep me warm but because it's light weight and stylish. I could see myself buying another one. Highly recommend

My husband bought this for my birthday. This is my number 8 thermoball coat. The only difference besides color is one has a hood. The first one looks as new as number 8. These are easy to wash, easy to move in and very warm. I have convinced my doctor, office manager, relatives and friends to get one with only positive results. Warmth, comfort, weight and durability make this a smart buy.....class and look make this the only jacket you'll want to wear...

I have five or six different North Face jackets, but this is my first Thermoball jacket. It's very well made, feels like you're a light jacketwhile but it's also very warm. It's also one of the first jackets I've seen with a beautiful print which is what originally caught my eye as part of one of the inside jackets for the 3 in 1 style. I am glad I was able to purchase it separately, as I wouldn't want to hide on the inside of the other jacket.

Love this jacket. I needed a lighter warmer jacket and that's exactly what this is. I was in between a small and a medium, but very glad I ordered the small. The medium would have been too big.

This is my second Thermoball jacket in three years. The silver color is a stylish option for this jacket. It is not too shiny. Fit is the same as my previous jacket. I am knocking down a star for the logo embroidery on the chest and rear shoulder; it is thick black and looks a bit garish. TNF should consider a more subtle color.

I qwn at least six NF jackets. They never wear out, I just love them. I just bought another one. It's still in the box. Actually I live in the South. We do have a few really cold days. I wear them all winter anyway. They fit great, so light you hardly know you are wearing an extra warm jacket. They are GRRRREAT.

Great for travel as it folds into pocket. Going to use it for all weather. Great for treks. Lightweight.

Super warm (I wore with over a t-shirt in mid 50 degrees temperature and was fine) and lightweight and it's not too puffy! I walked around in light rain and it kept the water off me.I'm 5'8" and bought a S (usual North Face size). It was a little tight around the hips and I'm not particularly curvaceous. I bought it in basalm green which looks greyish under artificial light (similar to the model in the picture) but it's very green under natural sunlight.

This is the perfect jacket for traveling, fall, and especially spring when you never know what the temperature is going to be until it happens. It is extremely lightweight and warm, but not overly warm. It has an ingenious pocket that doubles as a pouch to stuff the coat into for easy carry in a purse or bag! I purchased in the quail grey, which is a purplish/grayish that seems to go with just about everything. North Face always runs snug on me, so I ordered a size up to be able to wear lightweight sweaters and loose long sleeves underneath in comfort.

Great jacket. I ordered the medium and wasn't sure if it was too snug. I ordered the large and it was huge. I am 5'4" and 150 lbs. The jacket is very warm and comfortable. I live in northern MN and have already used the jacket a lot.

This is a typical quality product made by Northface. You will not be disappointed. It is amazingly warm and light.
