Nice wardrobe staple. A little on the shorter and cut wider. 38C and I can zip the size L all the way up.

Absolutely loving this purchase. When looking for an insulated vest, I wanted to find one that was warm and comfortable with a flattering silhouette - this is that vest (for me, at least!) This is great for taking hikes, checking out the farmer's market, and even works as a throw-on for work when the office is chilly (the metallic silver manages to still look professional, which may not be the case for some of the brighter hues.) Note: I am 5'11 and have an athletic/curvy build - it is possible that the style would be less flattering on someone shorter and/or more petite.

I ordered TNF Yosemite Print. It is great quality and very warm, however, I believe the pattern is old fashioned. Old fashioned as in your grandmas old printed couch. Additionally, the pattern makes it look larger. I ordered a size large (38C) and was able to zip all the way up comfortably. The dominant color (mountains,rocks) is a dark purple not black or blue as your screen may show. As a consequence, the vest looks better with jeans. Great staple for winter.

I get cold easily and also use this when I play tennis in the winter in Texas. It's super warm (I need super warm). Normally wear Medium but ordered a Large because "the girls" wanted a little more room in the front.

After watching Big Little Lies I was on the hunt for the vest that Nicole Kidman wore-light blue and GORGEOUS!!! This is it. I couldn't find a description for arctic blue anywhere and the picture looked white but I thought why not and I am sooo glad I did. The sizing chart said to order large so I did and its too big but I am exchanging it for a smaller size. If you are looking for a very pretty light blue vest this is IT!!!

This vest is good for a casual day/night on the town or a hiking adventure. It isn't too bulky and it is super warm. Protects against the wind as well all while looking good. I love the inside pocket - it is deep and can hold a good amount of stuff without weighing you down.

Stylish and warm vest. My wife is 5'6", 130 lbs and the small fits her perfectly.

I bought both the black and blue/denim. Docking a star because (1) Photos of the blue online looked like a navy, but in person this vest is periwinkle with denim on the collar. I thought denim would be the color but no, it's actually denim jean material! Kept the black, but blue is going back. (2) sizing. I regularly wear a small/medium in TNF clothing but had to get this vest in extra small in order not to be boxy and have too much room at the arm hole. I'm 5ft 8", 125lbs and 32d bra. I have a longer torso and the XS is still long enough in the waist for me - it's also still comfortable (not too tight) over the combo of a long underwear shirt and patagonia R3.

Very high-quality, well made vest. I feel this vest runs on the large side. I normally take a size Large in womens tops/jackets. I had to exchange this vest for a Medium.

I live in Hawaii so this is the first vest I ever bought but I love it. My office is really cold and it keeps me warm and cozy. I liked it so much that I bought another color.

I was searching for a warm black vest I could use universally. I have a lightweight one but needed one for WI winter weather and hockey rinks. I first completed the size chart and my ht.5'9 & wt.160 came up as large. I debated what to do as I flip between med/large a lot depending on the cut. Well, I ordered the large and it was too large. I looked square, arms were big just not a good fit. I decided to go out on a limb & try a medium. I absolutely love the fit now. It's warm & thicker but doesn't make me look bigger than I am now that I have the correct size.

Love it so much! Really comfortable and the color is perfect for everyday use. Get compliments all the time on it, even when I wear it to church when little do people know I hike and run in it too ;)

I was hesitant purchasing this vest as it was costly; however, the cost is completely worth it. This vest is so incredibly warm and comfortable. I never want to take it off!

These vests are wonderful and everything I wanted in a vest. I don't like being cold, but even more than that I don't like being bundled up, feeling like I can't move freely. With this vest I stay warm and it's lightweight enough that I don't feel confided like in my bulky, heavy coat. I am able to wear the vest indoor and not feel too warm and outdoors without feeling cold. Over all it's spectacular and definitely worth the money. I purchased the balsam green and the tropical peach. The green is a lovely color that is true to the picture. The peach isn't as bright as the picture shows, but it is still a nice peachy pink that will be perfect for spring.

This vest is not only super warm but also wonderfully versatile. Fantastic quality aside, the reason I love The North Face is that their sizes still run true. Being a smaller person (5'4" and 105 lbs), I have a very hard time finding a good fit, but the XS fits comfortably (i.e., the vest fits snugly over a base layer). It looks and feels great!

I love this coat! It is so lightweight and yet very warm! I have been wearing it everywhere: to work, on runs, out to walk my dogs..... Highly, highly recommended!
