I bought these boots a month ago for the winter season. They are stylish, lightweight, and very waterproof. They fit me perfectly and have kept me warm so far, despite the unseasonably warm weather we've been experiencing in Canada.

A good mid height hiker. A decent tread for hiking in a few inches of snow and 0 degrees Celsius. More suitable for city/metro use than rugged trails. Definitely water repellant, I cannot confirm waterproof.

I love these shoes but they are too small. I ordered a 9 and it should be a 9.5. I have already walked in them. Would it be possible to purchase another at a discount?

I've moved out of a pair of Ultra 3 to these Shelter boots for the winter. They're warmer, more comfortable and keep your feet dry. The only issue is the grip in muddy or icy conditions. Can be a bit Bambi at times but otherwise a highly recommended shoe. They will need a bit more time before I can comment on the build quality.

I haven't had them for very long so I can't review how they hold up. But they are perfect everyday winter shoes for me. I love that they are waterproof, light weight, and the insulation seems to be just right for indoor out door shoes in cold weather. With my job I'm inside and out side so these are perfect every day winter shoes. Would work great outdoors all day down to somewhere around freezing with mild activity.

Good boots overall. I wish I could give 4.5 instead. The only reason that is not a 5 is because I've some roughness on the heel area while walking few miles. This cause discomfort for a while after wearing them. I'm hoping it will get better after a while.

I love this shoe. However, I was a little disappointed that it only comes with shoestrings now. I've had the previous 2 -3 version that didn't have laces. Alas, it's still the warm and comfortable shoe I fell in live with 8 years ago.

very happy with this purchase..bought them 4 months ago to for a uk winter . I cycle to work everyday with these and they keep my feet warm and dry. i walk wet streets and long grass in comfort. they did get wet when i rode through deep puddles (submersion) but my feet didnt notice till much later (water resistant not proof). mind you the material seems to dry very quickly. i scuffed/stabbed the arch of the shoe quite hard on a spade whilst gardening but the material held but the the pointy edge of the spade without a mark. my feet do sweat quite a bit if its not that cold. the insides are fluffy and the sole is soft and spongy. would recommend as an three season (not summer) shoe.

The heal area can give you blisters . I needed to cushion the Achilles area

A warm and comfortable boot to take on the cold and snow. Easy to walk in all day and to drive with. For thicker socks I'd go a half size up.
