I would like to recommend North Face clothing to everyone for the following reasons. After over 40+ years of skiing all over the continental US, I have purchased a lot of ski gear for all types of weather/conditions. I have purchased from many different brands/makers, including Columbia, Marmot, ArcTerix, Mountain Hardware, LL Bean, etc. Just this year North Face again made me a real believer in their products, especially the lifetime warranties. I had purchased a hard shell jacket with all the bells/whistles (and expensive at the time) a considerable period of time ago. I wore the jacket every winter to ski, including some deep powder at times. The jacket was my favorite of all jackets, including style/looks. In the late summer of this upcoming season (2014/2015) I noticed a layer of the inner jacket (possible water proofing) was starting to flake away. When visiting The North Face store in Burlington, VT, the mgr. advised me to ship it back to North Face and they would either repair it, or replace it. I did what he advised and North Face responded, stating that the jacket had been purchased in 1993 (22 yrs old), and was not repairable. For that reason North Face offered me a $400.00 credit to use toward another jacket. I subsequently used the credit to purchase a new NFZ hard shell from the Burlington, VT store. I have been very happy with my new shell, although I still miss my old jacket. Therefore, North Face has made me a true believer, and I will probably never buy anything other than North Face in the future! Since purchasing the NFZ, I have purchased a Canyonlands fleece, a different North Face fleece (can't recall name) and a new pair of North Face Chillkat II pull on boots. With the good ole winter we have had back east, I have worn all numerous times to ski, shovel snow, and outdoors in general. The only slight issue I have had is that the NFZ jacket and Canyonlands fleece could have been just a little fuller cut all over for my body type (the NFZ powder skirt gets tight against the waist unless I pull it up higher, and the sleeves and shoulders in the fleece are a little tight). I am a little stocky, but still have quite a bit of muscle mass for a 60 something male. North Face forever for me!

I love my new north face jacket it is warm and fits great at first I was a little shaky about buying clothing online because i have bought cloths online from other stores and didn't enjoy my experience, but now I know I had absolutely nothing to worry about. I will definitely be ordering more north face apparel in the near future.

This is probably one of the best layering pieces I've owned. Only worn it for a few months, but it's stood up to snow and rain with ease. True sizing. Great construction. Super versatile and easy to pack. If you need something for the outdoors or to lounge around; look no further.

Just bought this zip up- love it, fits great, perfect to throw on over a tshirt. FYI though- ordered the moonstruck grey heather and it is much darker grey in person than it appears online.

I needed something lightweight when I didn't want to throw on a big jacket going to/from work or just to the gym. This fit the bill perfectly. It's very warm and comfortable and would even be great to layer with. The only complaint I have is that the sleeves are just a little long (maybe 1.5 inches), as noted in some of the other reviews. Can't go wrong with this one. I'm 5'10", 175 lbs and a medium was the right choice.

Great product. It's a perfect middle weight top that I actually use as the liner for my winter jacket as well. The color is much more blue than the pics suggest but I actually like it.

I purchased this for my other half. And he absolutely loved it. It light but gets the job done. The color is a little dealer but it's very nice and soft! I actually want one for myself! Hopefully he got the hint! :)

I loved my old cotton North Face Hoodies, but this is a modern update that is sure to keep the fashion police off your case. It comes in an athletic fit and is made of polyester. The fabric is extremely soft and there is an extra chest pocket that comes in handy. All three of the jackets pockets have zippers to help you hold on to your gear. Great for using on a hiking trail or a jacket to slip off and then slip on after a race.

This jacket is sweet. Very warm and comfortable. Worth the price for me. I get compliments on it every time i wear it. Runs a little short but im pretty stretched out for my weight so it probably fits better for most people.

This is comfortable enough to wear around the house but warm enough to wear outside in Maine winters. I'm thinking of getting a few more in other colors.

This was just what I was looking for. Not a heavyweight fleece but not lightweight. I went a size up from the recommendation and I am glad that I did. Have worn it every since I got it a week ago.

I purchased this jacket for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift and when he first wore it he said he actually keeps him warm it was 50 degrees outside and all He had on was a t shirt and that jacket and he was so hot when we walked the park !

I wasn't sure what to buy my husband for Christmas and went on the north face page. I saw this sweater and thought he would like it. He loved it. Not over priced and very comfortable! It looks great on him! He won't take it off!

I bought this for my other son in law and he wore it all Christmas Day. He loved it.

I bought this for my son for Christmas. He's not one to wear jackets/coats unless he's skiing or snowboarding so I was hoping he'd wear this on a cold day. He loves it and has been wearing for the past few days. He says it keeps him warm and will be perfect to wear on campus.

I bought this jacket in a size M for my 25 year old son. It fits true to size and is very well made, like all of the North Face apparel that I have purchased. My 33 year old son likes it so much that he wants to get one for himself. It is a medium-weight jacket that is warm but not too warm to keep on inside. I love the phone pocket.

I like the way this fits. I sometimes wear a M but the L in this fit me well and I like the way it looks.

Super comfortable and very versitle! Wore it a little dressed up to an Xmas party and can also just wear it to run errands. High quality and I recommend it!
