This has turned out to be a fantastic sweatshirt for my husband. The outer material has a dressed up feel, it can be worn to the office or out to dinner with nice jeans. The inside is super soft, super fine fleece. He loves that it's a full zip rather than 1/2 zip, which makes it easier to get in an out of. I'd agree with others that it runs slightly large. My husband is usually a large in the chest area, but size large is often too long for him in the torso - leaving us in an odd limbo between medium and large. In this sweatshirt though, the large fit perfectly in all areas.

Great product as expected (can't beat the North Face) -- it feels like a cross between a zip up hoodie and a wind jacket. Nice warmth but not too suffocating if you're just wearing this casually. Definitely recommend. 10/10 would buy again.

Excellent sweatshirt. It is very light and reasonably warm. The inside layer is very soft to the touch and comfortable. I wouldnt pay the $75 base price, but on sale this sweatshirt is wonderful, especially in early fall or spring. If worn in winter I would recommend a jacket alongside it.

Great jacket. My son is tall and thin and this jacket has a slimmer cut. Lighter weight but still warm.

This runs a tad small. It is a good quality product as usual for North Face.

Great product, fits great. Very light not heavy, good for casual wear or as a light hiking/running jacket. I'm 6 ft 230 pounds athletic and a large fit me well, not loose.

Warm and comfortable

The jacket is comfortable and warm. I wish I had bought it during Thanksgiving break because the discount was huge, but I'm happy with the quality.

Live in Buffalo so snow and cold winters make staying warm a priority. This hoodie is soft on the inside and I use it as a great under layer when walking the dog or shoveling the driveway. Has zip pockets for all your stuff.

Great price fast delivery lightweight hoodie but extremely warm

Summer turns to fall quickly on the Salish Sea. And in the Blue Hole area of the San Juan Islands between Port Angeles and Anacortes the annual rainfall is around 20", contrary to the reputation of being perpetually gray and rainy. But it is cool, and with September temps in the 60s, shedding 6 or 8 degrees in October, a jacket like The North Face Canyonlands is just about perfect. If you're worried about rain or wind, add a light packable rainshell like The North Face Antora or my choice, the Alta Vista. That combo will carry you through all but the most severe winter. The Canyonlands Hoodie is on my 'essentials' list.

This is a great lightweight layer. I will use it over a t-shirt on cool autumn or spring mornings in Connecticut. Closer to winter, it is a thin base-layer for hikes under a vest or a light jacket when I know I will be shedding layers as I go.
