It is good for winter

This was my first North Face purchase and definitely not my last. I could live in this jacket.

I bought this as a gift, it was exactly what I expected it to be. I love northface quality. The only thing I wish they changed on the sweater is making the logo sewn on, like many of there other products.

I got this for a present for my boyfriend. It fit small in the arms. Other than that, was a great jacket. Comfortable and lightweight.

Feels great looks great. In between weight hoodie. Buy a size up if you are tall.

I love this sweater, it is perfect for the slight dry cold we have in Tucson during winter. Not too warm or too cold its a perfect lightweight sweater.

Typical North Face quality, it looks well made. I like these fleece jackets that have a sheen on the outside, and the soft fleece side inside. These work by trapping the warmer air inside and yet breathable letting the moisture and sweat dry out, so if you zip it all up and it's actually nice on moderately cold days, i wear mine in the 55-65F range and it's comfortable. If you exercise with it, it will get warm in the sleeves so just unzip it and let more air in. It's not made to repel rain, but if it's a light warm rain then it's fine, if it's heavy rain, you will be soaked. The only problem with picking the colors you like is, it doesn't match the picture. My black/blue (i should have believed the written color, rather then the picture which looks dark grey) which i thought was dark grey with blue logo, is totally shiny black with a bright blue logo which doesn't look all that great, the picture with the dark greyish color with blue logo looked much better. But it's on sale so i'll keep it. I should have just gotten the light grey one. But overall, for the sale price it's a good jacket that should last.

Bought for my son who is 6'3" and has very long arms. I always have trouble finding shirts and jackets with long enough sleeves to fit him. This jacket was perfect.

It's just perfect, is comfortable, is good looking, it's a casual clothe, it's perfect.

Fits just right. I wear it for going out of the house to dinner or around town during the colder months. It is not super warm so if you're stuck wearing just it outside for long periods of time in the cold you will get cold. Nice to wear under a coat. Hard to wear long sleeves under it because the sleeves are tight at the forearm but I knew that before buying and it doesn't bother me. I wear tee shirts under it mostly.
