I order XL and it's run really big.

To be all the questions you ask me to fill but not what you expected non-successful.

When I opened it, I thought I was accidentally sent a cheap knock-off. I wanted to replace my husband's Northface which he purchased years ago and doesn't want to part with. The description sounded like his and the pictures looked like his, but it is certainly not. The logo sticker feels like it is peeling off already. The material is cheap and will not last. Unfortunately, this close to Christmas, I'll have to give it to him and exchange it afterward. Nothing says 'Merry Christmas' like a gift prefaced with, "at least they have free return shipping."

Wanted to purchase a red fleece zip-front jacket for my husband and based on the online description and photo, this was what I ordered. The "fiery red" color turned out to be pure orange, not red at all. The body was a little small compared to most of the men's XL jackets. And there was no fleece -- just a smooth polyester surface. Very disappointing.

It is noted as an Active Fit, like the Canyonlands hoodie I own, but it is clearly Standard Fit when it arrives by the tag and size compared to what I have. It's disappointing the fit has changed...update the website!

Had this jacket less than 2 years the pockets material haev holes in in them that fabric is terrible and doesn't hold up, maybe its a one time thing but really terrible!

This says it's an "active fit" on the website but has a "standard fit" tag on it, so who knows. I am 5'10 165 lbs with a medium build and it fits very baggy, especially in the underarm area. It's a very bizarre fit and I'll be returning it.

Looks brilliant at first but then... lint starts coming out of it!!! Never buying from you guys again!!!

Is you plan on buying the heather grey just know that the color of the fleece in no way looks like the picture. In fact, the website picture is a totally different color. will not be buying from NF again.

it's not what i expected

Way over priced. Returned and purchased a better quality jacket for half the price.

Didn't fit right.

This was for my son for work. But it does not block wind nor is it warm. If you hold it up to light you can see through it. Fabric holds hair and lint and is more like the old polyester fiber. Had thread pulled when arrived. I would return it if it was for me.

Sorry but had to return it. Maybe would fit a youth. Way too small.

I wasn't happy with this purchase, because of the fit.

Please get your sizing accurate

Sizing is not great about it.

Jacket was way too small and no larger sizes are available. Perhaps this product was designed as a tight fitting jacket, but not what I am interested in.

I took the item back to store, Not problem returning item.

Zippers are not the same color as advertised.

We bought the Burnished Orange Heather. The fit and feel was fine however it was Not the color pictured on the website at all.

I love the material on these and was so excited to receive them and then I tried them on. For anyone with any torso height they don't work! They're too short and barely fall below my waistband. I'm really disappointed as it seems The North Face has adopted this cut across their line of pullovers. I would not recommend them for this reason.
