This jacket is way too thin, has a jersey like material.

This jacket is worthless as far as keeping you warm. The wind goes right through it. The hood is way too big and does not have drawstrings to pull it tight. Another thing I don't like about the hood is that it is designed to cover your head and neck at the same time and the shape of it makes it bunch up when not having it pulled over your head. What I do like about is that the material is extremely soft and comfortable. I will only use it as a House Coat however because it is useless against the elements.

The sweatshirt does not look anything like the picture on the website (I ordered red) and the zipper is very cheap and plastic

I loved the color and the style! It didn't for properly and was not the material I expected it to be.

Not in winter

I am very dissatisfied with the difference in color from the red heather in the picture. The jacket I received was more of a maroon than a red.

I use it to go out as like a jacket but found its way to thin to wear anywhere without a jacket over it.

I have this sweatshirt (almost more of a super light jacket) in grey and have been thrilled with how comfortable and versatile it is, so when I saw it online in Outer Space Blue Heather I didn't hesitate to order it. I should have. The color is much more blue than it appears - what looks online like a grayish blue is actually more of a medium denim blue, and now that I read the reviews I can see several other people felt the same. It's going back. Great sweatshirt, but the inaccurate color combined with the known fact that it's a hassle to return things ordered directly from the North Face website means I will probably stick to purchasing items I see in person in a retail shop.

Great overall construction and warmth, however the colors are darker than whats on the website and there are no thumb holes in the cuffs as advertised. The item description needs to be changed in order to recommend.

I'm 6'2" and about 220lbs, this is a "active fit" style pullover. Although its super warm & sleeves are perfect length the armpit area rises way too high and will cut/rub into you creating a very uncomfortable area. I bought the XL. I would only recomend this if you are very slim.

I've had the hoodie for about 4 months. I wear it a lot but it's been one thing after another. It's falling apart. It started with the way in the zipper and now the stitching behind the hood is coming out. The North Face used to be reliable outdoor gear but it seems it's lost that focus.

I washed it once and it fell apart. The hood started to come apart at the seams

To thin, fit is ok..not worth the bucks

Poor quality

I have two Canyonlands Full-Zip jackets bought in 2016-2017 that I absolutely love. I just bought a new one (Nov '24) and it's a completely different product. Cheap, shiny, lightweight fabric that won't last a couple of washes. Horrible craftsmanship. Looks and feels like a cheap knock-off. Be wary of positive reviews, those were probably made before quality went downhill.

The quality of these continues to decline each season. I have older versions which have held up wonderfully but this feels more like a reusable shopping bag than a jacket

Very soft and comfortable material. However, the zippers become very curvy after only a single wash in cold water with low tumble dry! Is this a QA issue?

Thikness of fabric is reduced, elastic band from sleave and body end removed causing air drfts to pass through.

I returned it because I didn't think the quality was up to previous ones that I have purchased. Still waiting for the credit for the return.

It was too thin so I return it.

I wore the original design daily but the new design is poorly made and with features that makes it fit like a balloon.

Wished it fit like my other northface full zip fleece

Returned as unwearable. Sleeves are long and tight. Bunched up or folded they don't work. Shirt underneath became bunched up and very uncomfortable, hurt my wrist around my watch. Ruined an otherwise great fleece. Fix the sleeve issue and it's great.

I bought this jacket thinking it was warm for winter. This is more of a spring jacket or for show.

By the time you realize it's to big you can't return it...sizing is off as usual with many other brands
