Really wanted to love these shoes but I had heel slippage. Loved the look, so bummed! I have very narrow feet and heels. They fit really well thought the foot but not the heel.

These are great looking shoes and comfortable for walking with a little bit of height if you don't want a totally flat shoe look. I bought the 38 and was surprised that they are a bit narrow and smaller than most 38. Because of the material I think they will stretch just enough over time.

I bought these shoes because a Dr at my job recommended them but when I put them on they kept slipping off my foot at the heel. Really a nice and comfortable shoe had they stayed on my feet.

These shoes looked and felt great until I had to walk in them. When walking, my toes felt jammed in, and my heel slipped out while walking. The heels of the shoe, because it was not rigid enough did not stay in place (like a closed backed clog which is firmer), and I had to wiggle the fabic back in place. A major design flaw, in my opinion, is that the footbed is not flexible which may help keep things in place. A cute shoe, but not functional.

I really wanted to love this shoe. The box was beautiful, so sturdy and had a colorful pattern with a magnetic closure. (I wanted to keep the box instead of the shoes) I ordered the navy colored shoes and they were lovely shades of blue but the shoe was not comfortable at all. There’s no support inside. I felt like I was walking on a hard surface with no cushion and my heel kept slipping out of the shoe. I usually wear a size 6, sometimes a 5 1/2 and ordered this in a 6. It fit ok except for the heel slippage. The entire heel and wedge are plastic not rubber. So you click, click, click when you walk and it feels slippery. Since the price was so high I couldn’t justify hob-nobbing heel tabs to try to keep my heel from slipping out nor put in an ortho footbed. Wasn’t worth it. Thanks Zappos for letting me try to love this shoe.

I should have listened to the other reviews. The shoes look great and feel very comfortable until I started to walk in them. The heel has no grip and so it slips with every step. So disappointed.

Style is great, and super comfortable when standing but although they fit snug my heels slipped out while walking, so I decided not to keep them- - just not functional for me

First time to try Bernie Mev....they looked so comfy. These were too wide in the heel for my feet, especially the left where my foot slipped out with each step. The real bummer was the plastic outer sole - too easy to fall. I ordered size 38, my regular size: if I order a size smaller they will be too short. Darn, cuz they are attractive. These have to go back. Sorry Zappos, and thank you for your terrific service.

I wanted to LOVE these shoes!! They looked SO fabulous and COMFY!! BUT.... the back of the shoe is TOO loose and SLIPS down !!! Everyone complains of this!! FIX it ! as they look great!!! BUT!!

I have these in black and love them. They fit perfectly. I was so excited to get them in navy and so sad to find the sizing so inconsistent that even after ordering them twice I couldn't get a pair that fit. One pair of size 40 was too short and too wide and the second was okay in the length but way too wide. Sadly I still don't have comfortable navy shoes.
