Everything from this backpack is perfect

This backpack is light and can hold loads/ the back part is padded, so you don't feel the insides or sharp items within your pack.

The north face is the best

The back pocket is too small. It could fit maximum one school textbook with a laptop. The design needs to be changed to make this pocket larger.

We purchased this for our son to carry his computer and books for college. We were very surprised in the quality and room for everything he needed. Even when full it was a comfortable fit. I would recommend this item.

Everything is great about it I have a phone clef for everything that needs to be in my back pack. Although whenever I put my notebooks back in my back pack they always snag on the pockets maybe try building a flap over the pockets for snagging

The North Face Pivoter is the most comfortable backpack I have ever purchased, exceeds the comfort of Nike performance backpacks. The "D-Door" pocket is roomy and the organizational pockets by the laptop sleeve are great for school. Upon first impression I thought the Pivoter was small but the space it provides plus the FlexVent technology are an amazing combination. Padding is exceptional. Do not hesitate purchasing this backpack.

We purchased this backpack for our son for school (Senior in High School)! Very roomy - perfect for his tablet and all school binders/books. We also travel a lot and it's great for a weekend get-a-way (he will certainly take it to college next year)!

I love the navy color. Seems durable, expecting it to last through the next 2 years of school. Fits everything I need on a daily basis.

I've had a wasatch for 18 years. It's starting to bug me with the zipper getting caught all the time. Plus, after that long it's time for a new bag. This one might be a bit small for most people. There are 3 main sections. I use the bag for carrying work papers, diaper bag and it's my purse. I don't think it'd be big enough to haul a laptop though.

I am a student who relies on my backpack every single day. This backpack helps me get to where I need to be without my back hurting from an uncomfortable backpack.

Looks great. Feels great. Just doesn't fit much of anything in its big pocket. One book and a laptop at the most. And even then its a tight fit.

For college use-perfect size & pockets-like the laptop pocket in back w/space for books & very light weight but durable!

I returned it because I did not expect the front pocket to work the way it did.

I use this backpack for school. I love it and it holds things well. The only things I would say is I wish it had a waist buckle and different shaped pockets. The second to the back pocket is much much larger than the computer one it is circular so you have to lay it down to put your things it it w/out them just flopping out. Not going to dock it a star for that because it doesn't bug me. Planning on using it for 1-2 more years (have had it for one and it is still in perfect condition) than upgrading to a north face that have more than 3 pockets but it works for me at the moment. Overall like this backpack and it does its duty.

Nice comfy stylish bag. Small space only fits 1 laptop 1 notebook and 2 books in the main pocket but the outside pocket is bigger for some reason which makes this backpack ridiculous

Great backpack!

This was a birthday gift to my son. It's what he wanted so he was very pleased to receive it. It will be used mainly for extras when going to his kids sporting events.

I love this bag. I use it mostly for school, but there's room enough in the front pocket for the to be able to use it for sports as well, which I really enjoy. It's a nice bag, and I love the color.
