The tips of the toes are a bit tight

Beautiful booties, but my heels are a bit narrow and slipped up and down when I walked.

I'm glad I ordered a wide because they are still a little bit on the narrow side. I've only worn them once and they are cute and comfortable. I haven't noticed heel issues like other reviewers but I will keep an eye on it. I did notice the leather is very soft and will likely show creases and signs of wear fairly quickly.

These are lovely boots, but they run a bit narrow. A great classic look and the heel isn't too high for daily wear.

Arch support was weird

Nice stylish boots that are easy to get on and off. They squeezed my heels to the point I knew they would give me blisters if I ever wore them out. Unfortunately size 6 was sold out.

Loved the look and style of this boots. But the stitching on the boots was different on each one. The leather was shinier on one. Was disappointed - sending them back.

Beautiful shoe. Elegantly constructed with attractive stitching. Way too narrow for me, though, and I don't usually have that problem with shoes. I'm sad to have to send this stunner back.

I am not convinced yet of the quality of these for the price. On some of the leather pairs, the leather bulges out significantly at the front top corners of the boot just above the edge of the lining. The leather is soft but thin and wrinkles fairly easily, which showed on the acorn color (true to name) after trying them on for an hour. Do not expect this boot to look pristine after a couple wears. Heel is quite loud. Insole padding is on the harder side as well. I usually take 8.5M or 8.5W in boots and have tried 9W with a removable insole and 8.5M as-is -- the 8.5M was a little too narrow at the end of the day and the 9W with insole was loose in the vamp... currently waiting for 8.5W. The search continues!

I don't like the gap this creates around the ankle and the fact that the leather looks like it will scratch easily. It is a comfortable shoe.

Love everything about the look of the bootie - and the length was true to size. The width however seemed completely off; I've never required/purchased/ordered a "wide" shoe, however this "regular" fit was choking my foot in the width department. Interestingly, a couple of reviews here say the fit was "too big/wide", and a couple of others say "way too narrow." So Cole Haan may have modified the design in some way? At any rate: for $200, I'm (sadly) returning. Zappos rules though - we can all agree to that I am certain.... !

Nearly too narrow, no padding on the footbed and felt a bit about a half size too large. I wear a 5.5 in most brands and am guessing I would need a 5 in this boot if I were to exchange it. However it was also nearly too narrow, so back it goes.

This bootie looks as cute in person as it does online. Very solid and high quality as you'd expect from Cole Haan. It was extremely uncomfortable. I have a few pairs of size 7 shoes by this brand and they have never been 100% comfortable until I've worn them in a bit, but this one was really stiff and tight. I'm not even sure a half size up would make them feel better, but I didn't try that.

My foot is narrow but this was so narrow in the toes that it squeezed my feet. I'm sending back.

I was disappointed in this shoe. It was not wide enough for me at a C width. Also, the heel was not wood, but was covered in artificial wood grain look.

First time Cole Hahn buyer...Disapointedly uncomfortable.
