Cute but hard to get on. They have a narrow opening and it's a struggle to pull on.

Gorgeous! I have wide feet and ordered the 8 1/2 C (the size I wear in Cole Haan heels); however, I couldn't get these on my feet due to a high top of foot- but the 9 1/2 wide fit fantastic. the cut details on the ankle is lovely and avoids the 'cankle' appearance. great for tights, skinny jeans, or rolled up pant legs

Super cute, comfy boots. They're perfect for dressing up Andy casual outfit. Dress up or dress down, these boots do it. Recommend!

Love love these boots but really love shopping with Zappos, I can not tell you how easy this is. You find the shoe you like, order it, ships in days to you. Try it on and if for what ever reason you are not happy you easily send it back for return or exchange! This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I have always loved the Cole Hahn shoe so am totally sold on buying Cole Hahn in the future and through Zappos!!

Love these boots- have them in black and gray. I wear them to work almost every day, and wear them casually as well. I'm hard on my boots, but these have held up well so far.

Beautiful boots! Leather is nice and soft. Boot is well-constructed and comfortable. These boots do run narrow, so if you have any doubts about the width, order the wide width. I usually can wear a medium in most shoes, but needed a wide in these.

Comfortable! I stand all day, I have a high arch, Ned width and am 10.5. Nice leather. Heel as others have mentioned is not true stacked but a faux covering. Too bad.

Works great at a work casual bootie. I had been searching for a very long time for a black bootie that could go with a lot of different outfits. This definitely fits the bill for me. I'm on my feet all day for work and I made it through quite well with these.

I love these boots - this is my second pair. They have a really nice shape and are very comfortable. I love the notches on the sides, which I think are very flattering with ankle length jeans. I wish they came in brown, but I like the grey suede - it's a nice, neutral grey. Can't wait to wear with jeans or dresses.

These boots run small. Size up a half size. I wouldn’t wear them for hours on end because they are pretty narrow. As far as style, they are beautiful boots and easy to get on.

The reviews are correct - this boot is very narrow. I usually wear an 8.5, so I ordered a 9. Length-wise it fits great, but width-wise it's still too narrow. Uncomfortably so, meaning after stretching out over time it would still be too snug. Really a shame because the boot looks great.

Nice classy boot. Heel just the right height. I wear size 11 medium and it fits good.

Love these boots. The only problem is the heel peels off. I sent Back first pair and the second pair did the same thing.
