Customer Reviews New Balance MW813 Hook and Loop

I wear a size 13 4E and could not find this size and style in local stores. So I immediately went to the New Balance website. I immediately found what I desired in size, style, and color. I accidentally double ordered my purchase. Customer Service assisted me in a most professional and gracious manner. I received my purchase in a very timely manner. I left on an extended vacation shortly after receiving my purchase. I drove approximately 5,000 miles, walked many miles, and climbed almost that many stairs. I have had several surgeries on my feet. I had no problems while wearing my New Balance athletic shoes. I will be purchasing my next pair directly from this website--- forget the local stores.

Expandable stretchy anchor loop for the straps is so stretchy as to be useless. Straps over shoot and stick out, ruining looks. Shoe construction and fit are good, New Balance quality.

Without a doubt, the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. As an older person I appreciate the ease of wearing. They also look better than my old 'lace' shoes.

Been using these shoes for my son since they were 811.. Like the construction and support.also the fact that they are universally white with no other added color accents...really prefer the original soles with the light blue strip down the center but I suppose the new design is intended to be better!

The new 813 has the loop outside the shoe. Great change. But the hook is a little long for the top of my feet. It sticks out.

I have tried wearing these shoes on several occasions and have found them to be extremely uncomfortable. I would like to return them if possible.

These are the perfect shoes for my husband because they fit his wide foot and are easy to slip on and fasten

I wear my black and brown 813s to work each day. They are comfortable, and comply with the dress code at my employer's data center. For me these are pure NBH (New Balance Heaven)! I have been running in NB for 20+ years. These are my first walking shoes.

Good price and no slipping problem in the wet weather

I had a problem with the last pair I purchased when the sole separated from the bottom of the shoe on both shoes. I had never had that problem before. I am hoping that the most resent pair I purchased performs better.

The fit and function of the 813 is the best of the 800 series to date. The finish of the black retains a low sheen but the brown is dead flat unlike the old 812 brown which had a shine to it and looked much nicer.

Gives excellent support and is easier to put on. Makes walking better!

My husband swears by this shoe. He has worn this style of shoe for a number of years. He loves them. They feel great, look great and hold up well. He wears this shoe daily. It is not a running shoe but for everyday walking.

Excellent service, None on the Questions fit our problem We wanted Velcro and I didn't mention when I ordered the first pair but they handle the return sufficiency. very pleased.

Very comfortable and durable overall a good product

This is a fabulous shoe for a geezer and anybody else, but especially someone with problem feet. Like walking on air.

I have many NB shoes. I like them a lot. But NB is constantly deleting #'s. So 1 cant just buy the same shoe again. Oldie but goodys. I was trying to get the "ride" of my 621's ( which I bought, hoping to get the ride , of my old 608's) . Nope the ride of the 813's which cost more is harder than my great 621's. Sorry. I even put in additional padding inserts , it helped a little.

I bought these because I have other New Balance shoes. I had a stroke and need the loop & hock because I lost the use of my right hand. And they stabilize my feet when I walk! A really good shoe!

Very comfortable and good support for my feet. I've liked most of the New Balance shoes that I've worn over the last 2 decades and this is the most comfortable yet!

Great shoe in narrow width! These shoes are perfect for walking. These shoes are very reasonable and well made.

Shoes are comfortable. However, the straps could be about 1/2 shorter as they tend to snag pants leg at the bottom and it looks geeky.
