This was a gift.My son in law loves them. Great shoe.

You order your size they come and they fit. They are my all purpose shoe they only exception is I use the black ones for dress.

I bought these for my husband because he is very hard to fit (15 extra, extra wide). These shoes fit him perfectly and were comfortable from the first day. They are sturdy and well made. He is very happy with them. Recommend them.

I love my New Balance shoes. i would never wear anything else!

Normal every day use, like walking........Appearance could be made to "Look" narrower, especially the white shoe, and still maintain function of size 13 wide. The shoe appears a bit too large, kinda like a clowns shoe. Talk to your Designers.

I wish the 928 would go on sale. I bought the 813 instead due to price. Both have roll bar which I need to help balance.

I walk several miles each morning and this shoe is great .... good fit, comfortable!

Great shoes which provide superior support for walking. Velcro is sturdy. Only complaint is New Balance shipping with UPS. Unacceptably slow shipping, approaching two weeks for last order. The Postal Service delivers in 2-3 days, a much better alternative.

My son is intellectually disabled and needs velcro closure. This shoe not only allows him to put his own shoes on, but they give GREAT support for his feet.

My Hook and Loop Shoes were a couple of years old. I wore them out and wanted new ones. I got new ones, same size same shoe-BUT They were improved everywhere. The Loops are more adjustable and lock better. The fit and finish looks much more taylered and upscale. The inside of the shoe has more comfort and seems more form fitted to my feet. Best of all, with the new Loops they are more adjustable to my feet! Love them.

I wear it every day.in rain, and mud as well as dry weather. It seems to help with my pronation. The first shoe lasted a year and I still use it for gardening work. It kept my feet dry until I wore out the toes. Most shoes (except boots) leak water.

Love the color and fit. Have a second pair in white so I can rotate sets.

I've had my foot rebuilt twice in the last two years and, as a result, have to use special orthotics. These New Balance shoes are some of the only shoes I've ever found that come wide enough to accommodate the special inserts. I was surprised at how comfortable they are. I plan on getting some additional shoes. Additionally, they are very well paid and well priced. I'm extremely happy with these shoes!

The shoe is amazing. No more tired,and aching feet.

Finally!! A shoe that I can wear for more than 2 hours. Outstanding comfort and SUPPORT. I'VE had 9 surgeries on my spine and shoes are a critical component of making a day not only active but rewarding. If you suffer from ANY type of " Back Issue " these really could be your key to much better days and quality of life. Thank You New Balance.

The shoes are a great comfortable fit an easy on my feed

This winter when I come inside from the from the wet and/or frozen outdoors, they are my EZ-on house shoes. I can hardly wait for the warm dry weather when I'll use them everywhere. I only wish they'd be available in brown.
