So cute and ALMOST comfy. There is something really hard and raised across the ball of the foot that hurt when I wore these for 2 minutes of walking on carpet. Since I need them for a walking trip.. back they go. I don't know if this is just a defective pair (both feet had it) or just something Ecco does in all their shoes.

I really liked how these looked. I wanted sturdy walking shoes that were not too clunky or frumpy and if you just need regular arch support they will make you happy. But I have to use a custom-made orthotic insole and these have enough support built into the footbed that it was too much with my orthotic.

I read reviews that some people who usually wear a wide were able to wear this shoe. It was definitely not true for me. Wasn't even close to fitting, both because it was too narrow and because I have a high instep and this is not a high volume shoe. It was cute though!

I got these for a trip where I wanted something dressier then athletic shoes. They are very comfortable go well with a variety of pants. I also ordered the black dress Ecco shoe. But that did not come up on my heel and tended to slip off so I returned that pair. These shoes do not have that problem.

Great arch support. Lots of room in the toe box. Comfortable right out of the box. Not the most feminine looking shoe, but not too old-lady-ish either, and the silver makes it look kinda funky. I have bunions and flat feet, and my feet are very happy in them all day.

I am normally a 6.5 on most shoes. I ordered the u.s 6-6.5 and it is very big. I exchanged it for 1 size down. the chili red color is cute. I do feel the arch support on this sneaker but hope it will support for all day walking.

I bought these shoes in blue last December, and while I love how comfortable they are and how great they look, I was rather disappointed at how easily they get scratched. I wear these shoes for work often as I'm a teacher and spend a lot of time standing, but I didn't expect the leather to look worn so fast just from crossing my ankles so the shoes rub against each other. If the upper leather were less demanding in care, they'd be perfect.

These are very attractive shoes. True to color, well made, good arch support, laces not too abundant and not untie easily during walking. They have a youthful look even for an older person. I had to return the first pair due to an uncomfortable area under my left ankle, second pair fits much better. I would get another pair in a different color.

The red is a beautiful color. It makes you smile just wearing it! I really wanted to keep these shoes. They look great, but I found the toe box too narrow which made wearing them painful after 10 minutes or so. So back they had to go, which is a shame. A really nicely made shoe with that bit of extra zing.

I just got these shoes and (so far!) am pleased with them. They definitely do not squish your toes and there is good arch support. Only wish that there was a bit more padding beneath the footbed. Quick turnaround from Zappos!

If you like bowling shoes then these are perfect. I wear 9-9½ in most brands and purchased the 40, no problems with the size, they fit great. I chose red and it was a nice deep red. They look okay with capri style pants but I do not like the way they look with jeans or sweat style pants. They seriously do look like bowling shoes. I did not try different laces, maybe that would be better or if the lip of the shoe were different.

I like the look of these shoes, however, the 10 1/2 is too tight, I wish there was a wide. I have a slightly swollen left foot from an injury several years ago. There wasn't much give to these shoes, however, they did have good arch support.

Cute, "bowling" type sneaker, good quality, but small toe box, no arch support. Thanks to Zappos for their easy returns

I love these shoes, BUT...37 was too big, 36 is a tad snug. My own orthotics and normal stretching from wear might fix that problem. Again, BUT...there is horizontal stitching across the heel that rubs even through socks.

I love the look of these, but as others have said they just don't fit my foot correctly. I'll stick with the Ecco soft.

Love the look and feel, but could barely slide my size 9.5 foot in. The toe box on this shoe is not deep enough to accommodate my "normal" toes, and rubs horribly over my hammer toe. Too bad because these are cute and otherwise comfy.

the shoes were very cute and I LOVE Zappos service but these shoes were very stiff and caused discomfort. Need to return :(

Very nice looking shoe but very stiff leather. I have the ECCO Chase II Tie in grey suede and they're a bit longer than this current model. Support is minimal and it does run quite narrow. That's great for my AAA heel but overall the shorter length does not accommodate my longer second toe and I wouldn't recommend sightseeing in these shoes. Unfortunate for me as they are cute. Back they go.

I really wanted to like these but like some of the other reviewers they give me heel and ankle pain. I have a high arch but the footbed is odd and the arch of the shoe hits more under my heel. They also have very little cushioning. They also did not work with my orthotics, even after I took out the shoe insert. I have had other Echo shoes I like.

fit is TERRIBLE. VERY,VERY wide from the arch down to the toes. I have another pr of Ecco leather sneakers and they are wonderful and also a leather sandal and they are great. this was not wearable and I did buy a special expensive arch to put in to hopefully take up some slack. It did not work I bought them to hike in Europe and l didn't go to Europe in the spring. I tried them for the first time in October in Canada and it was not possible to hike in them lt was not possible to wear .

I wanted to like these based on other reviews. But there was something strange about the footbed. I felt like those 'rocker' style shoes, which I'm not a fan of. Love Zappos, though. I've ordered a different brand to try instead.

Beautifully made shoe, but it didn't have enough support for me, plus, I thought it ran a little narrow. I usually take 8.5 in Ecco without a problem, but with a sock these seemed tight. The biggest problem however was, as another reviewer had, my heel ached terribly after wearing a couple days. Either the heel bed is too narrow or I just need a sneaker with more support. But these are soooo cute.

Beautiful shoe but experiencing heel pain for some reason. It's my first pair of Ecco's and the workmanship and style is excellent, but not sure if it's the style or the brand.

I wore these thinking they'd stretch out - they kind of did. I'm going to donate them after maybe 10 wears since they're just not substantial enough for my picky feet even with custom orthotics.

This shoe is adorable, especially in the Warm Grey color. I really wanted to make these work but the toe box was way too narrow. I have a lot of foot problems so I look for shoes with a wider toe box. These showed up in a google search for sneakers with a wide toe box. These aren't even average in width. I am sad to have to ship them back.
