This is the second pair of ASICS Gel Venture 5 that I have purchased. The shoe is lightweight and my orthotics fit perfectly. Started wearing the shoe all day from day one. Purchased additional pair in the black for the Fall/Winter. Price is great too!

I just moved to Idaho from the Midwest and found my comfy but thin soled Sauconys were not cutting it out on the hiking trails so I bit the bullet and ordered these trail runners. I haven't owned true athletic shoes in years because I think they're all hideous and make my large feet look extra enormous--these aren't really an exception, but dang are they ever comfortable! I just wore them on a long hike around Sun Valley and though I was exhausted by the end, my feet were totally fine for once! The shoes are amazingly light (though they look clunky at size 11.5), but the soles are nice and thick so you're not feeling every rock and rut in the trail.

I bought these for walking in my very hilly neighborhood as most of my other running shoes didn't offer enough support. these are supportive, lightweight and comfortable - wore great right out of the box with no breaking in necessary. I ordered a full size up (11.5) and they fit with just enough extra room for thick socks. Would definitely buy these again!

I purchased these for my mom, she never wore them. She had a total knee replacement and these are the wrong kind of shoes for her to wear now.

This is the second pair of Gel Ventures that I have purchased over the past few years. I have not found another brand/style that is more comfortable for my wide foot! I wear a women's 10 wide shoe (with history of ankle injury and an ankle full of hardware) and these Asics provide all the arch support I need. There are no uncomfortable rubbing areas with this shoe. The best part is, the colors are neutral and do not show dirt!

These shoes are perfect! They are so comfortable and the colors are so bright and cheery! I did go up a 1/2 size as they run S bit small.

I buy these for road and some off road walking. They are perfect in all types of weather and, if they get wet, will quickly dry. I like their color choices and style. Will buy again!

I was looking for something not so "white" and not so "crazy" when I saw these shoes. I have always like Asics shoes and these are great! So comfortable right out of the box. Great colors for many of us that don't really want neon shoes on our feet.

These are a reasonable replacement for the Reeboks I've loved for years. Unfortunately, Reeboks are getting harder to find. Good support for very long very brisk walks (6-10 miles). Breathable uppers and nice styling too. The wide width isn't any too wide, but it works okay with thin socks.

I love these shoes. I think they run a little bit short, but no worries, because Zappos makes exchanging for a different size a breeze.

Perfect fit and excellent support. Frequent walker and find this particular brand excellent for my needs, the price, and comfort.

These are super light shoes. I was almost hesitant to buy them because I always wear Sauconey's, but I am glad I did. As the other reviewers recommended, I bought a half-size up and it was perfect. Love this shoe!

These are wonderful shoes! I have very narrow feet (I am actually a super slim width). I bought a 9 medium and they fit great. I also have overpronated, flat feet. These shoes are a true gem of a find for my hard to fit feet. I wish they had the same style and shoe model name at this price in more than one color; however, I absolutely love them!

Love Asics products: my 2nd pair. Stylish design and colors choice in show that's true to size/width description. Good cushion on the heel and good fit with included orthotic. Would highly recommend this sneaker for walking/training.

I love ASICS. It's the only brand of workout shoe I buy. These are comfortable and lightweight. Keep up the good work ASICS!

Nice fit. But the coral sole at the toe is brighter than expected and totally distracting. Going back.

I love these Asics Gels for a few reasons. They are very lightweight and comfortable. They provide enough support for different work outs. No need to break them in. From the first time I wore them, they fit like a glove. This is my second pair so I knew what to expect but the colors are more beautiful than the old ones. I would definitely buy them again.

These felt immediately comfortable, accepted my orthotics, and have quickly become my go-to sneaker! I probably wouldn't have purchased them if I didn't have the orthotics, not enough support for my high arch. But with it, they're a great shoe, highly recommend.

I always get a 1/2 size up in Asics this shoe fit perfectly. It's comfy, supportive and an all around great shoe.

My shoes arrived very quickly. I was earlier worried about the size, but when I took them out of the box, they were very light and pretty. So, I tried them on and they are perfect so I'll be keeping them. Thanks Zappos.

Great fit! Great cushion for running, no need for breaking in, just put them on and run! Love Asics, always fit perfect!

These shoes are perfect for my feet. They have good support and fit beautifully. The only drawback are the neon colors, but that's the way of most athletic shoes these days. I like these so much I bought a second spit.

These shoes are very comfortable. I normally wear a 9½M in athletic shoes, but I required a size 10 in this brand. My first time wearing this brand of shoe. I was able to use my own orthodics and it worked out fine. I like the color choices in this brand. Usually style is compromised for comfort.
