I've had the boots for about 2 months now, the quality is good, but they are very uncomfortable and hard on your feet, alongside constant chafing on my ankles, i've used both custom orthotics and the inserts they come with, neither made the boot anymore comfortable

Probably the worst pair of "work" boots I've ever purchased. They didn't even last 14 months before the soles started separating and leaking like a sieve. Of course the product has a 1 year warranty and the customer service rep said there was nothing they could do for me. I work on a grain farm, don't wear them very often and they still couldn't make it more than 1.5 years. Needless to say, I'll be shopping another brand of boots after this disappointing and frustrating purchase. If I could select a 0 star rating, I would have done that. What a joke

These were purchased just to be everyday work wear. I have already had the original pair replaced within a couple months of purchase. Now it has only been a couple months since receiving the replacements and only been worn for just about 3 weeks and they are coming apart in the same place. They are not exposed to anything out of ordinary so I am not happy with this product at all.

Too tight at the top arch of the foot, also right boot is tighter than the left. Never had this problem before and disappointed in Ariat. Ive been happy with their boots for years until this pair came. They look great but comfort is top of the list and more important. Wont buy again.

I ordered a pair of boots on April 25th granted that was a Saturday but they still did not ship until the 29th here it is May 7th and I still have not received them yet I'm very unhappy when I placed my order it said to receive them by the 3rd not happy at all

They sent me the wrong boots on December 13th on December 15th I text and have called 3 times put on hold took my number and haven't called back these boots were for my son's 50th birthday on the 17th I'm 73 years old this is the second time I ordered this way will never do it again didn't even get to give him them for Christmas please help get the right boots

The boot fall apart easily And the back of the boot is very worn the boot is also delaminating

These boots were almost black when I got them in the mail. I wish they would posted what they actually looked like in person. This is false advertising because the coloring of the boot in the picture online is perfect.

Quality is declining my first pair was great wore like a smooth comfortable pair of gloves after that each pair has declined. Not happy at all with this purchase or my last 2 pairs. Hopefully you can get the manufacturing straightened out .

I had to return them because they are not wide enough

First pair of Ariat's I've bought, by far the most expensive boot I've bought and tread is separating after less than a month. Very disappointing

The size was way to big it said it was 8.5 but a friend of mine that wears a 10.5 fit him just fine.

Don't bye these boots thinking they'll be a light brown. Boots just arrived and they are chocolate dark brown. I'm disappointed to say the least

Disappointed in how wide these boots are. Can't even wear them. Now that I've tried to wear them, they aren't returnable.

I think someone bought these and returned them. First of all they are black someone probably put leather conditioner and returned them. and they are not even steel toes like it says. On the box it says it's a soft toe. Trash

Purchased these and less than a year and mind you I'm in flip flops half the year the leather torn and came apart at the inside toe, notified Ariat as if this was the norm months ago and no reply. Had I known of the subpar quality I'd have gone with my trusty traditional workbook, my last ones lasted me a decade, these not even a full year.

I bought these and they do not look like the pictures. The ones I received look dark ( chocolate) brown.

If your looking for a quality work boot I would suggest a different model/style. I purchased these boots roughly 3 months ago and don't wear them every day or when I do they aren't getting beat up. Within the last week the pair of boots has began to separate and let any bit of water into them. In doing so turns your feet orange and keeps your feet wet all day.I have been very disappointed in this boot from arait.
