I really like the weight of this piece. Blue is a really pretty shade. The zippers are a little hard to zip and appear to be a bit flimsy. Time will tell.

I haven't use it yet but would be good if the luggage can extend. Space are limited.

Have taken on a handful of business trips. What I like about it: it's a great size if you're gone for a day or two, and the 360 spinners make sure the bag can keep up with you.

Have used luggage twice now... once to southeast US and a recent trip to Australia and New Zealand. Your luggage held up very well . Really enjoyed the pricing too.!!!

Have not used it yet. Got it for my husband who travels quite a bit. He seemed to like it.

This super lightweight bag fits perfectly in the overhead bin. I've used it only once so far on a southwest flight without any sideways glances from the staff. The zipper doesn't glide as smoothly as I'd like but I can live with it. I think the real test for the sturdiness of this bag would be going through the handling that checked bags go through. Also wish the wheels were silent like rollerblade wheels but I don't think you can have that and 360 degrees, wheels were quiet enough.

The light weight is the key for my purchase of this suitcase. I have been samsoniters for years. Maybe twig on placing the handle on the side that can be flipped open, can solve the awkwardness of turning heavy suitcase around to open it flat. Other than that, I love the product.

This suitcase was as expected, but I am concerned about the quality of the zipper. I paid extra to have it delivered right before a trip I was taking to London as I'd given away my old suitcase to a friend, and it came the afternoon before I was leaving, so I was counting on it being 'good to go.' I'd read in reviews that the zipper was difficult to maneuver so I wasn't too surprised or concerned to find it so, but as I was closing it for the last time before leaving for the airport I saw that it snagged as I was pulling it around a corner and that the zipper had popped open a bit! I was horrified because my cab to the airport was coming in ten minutes and there was no time to buy or borrow another suitcase. I pulled the zipper back and then re-zipped it and it seemed fine, but I would be VERY wary about checking it. It seems to me that having purchased a suitcase of this price range, I ought to feel comfortable checking it on future trips. I carried it on both the outgoing and return flights so it wasn't an issue on this trip, but I am disappointed to say the least.

The suitcase looks really nice but my biggest concern is that the handle seems a bit flimsy. Also, the zipper is not of the quality that I would expect from Samsonite. I think this is fine for someone who travels infrequently but as a frequent traveler, I don't think I would recommend for someone who needs their suitcase to hold up to constant battering.

Love the stylish look and functionality (light-weight, waterproof, roomy). I was going to purchase a matching 21" spinner to replace my other Samsonite carry-on. However, one of the top corners of this spinner was cracked after a few trips. Very disappointed at the quality...

Never seen luggage crack and brake like this. It did not last one trip through the airport. I really liked the look and style of this bag. Too bad it is junk. I would not buy this.

This suitcase broke down with minimal use. It's outside of the 365 day Zappos return window, which is very disappointing. The zipper opens and comes apart and the toggles on the zippers easily come loose. Another pitfall is the lack of space. This suitcase is only suitable for a 2-3 day trip. I would never recommend this suitcase to others.

In this past year I've used this as a carry on for 6 international flights and several domestic within the US. I have the first generation Lift 2 with the integrated TSA zippers and those broke off very recently. I can say this is a defect since now I see that the Lift 2 product you are offering has a modification to the zipper design, making it less likely to fail. Also, the wheels are pretty cheap and freeze up from time to time while I haul it around the airport and it becomes extremely annoying and painful having to literally have to drag it around. If these issues can be resolved and repaired, I would be satisfied because I really believe that these are classified manufacturing defects rather then "misuse". For now, I will likely be looking for luggage that is actually durable elsewhere.
