I love this bag! So much I bought a second in brown! I've had it about 10 months. With daily use, the straps are beginning to fade in color, but everything else is holding up very well. LOVE the super soft brown lining - makes it easy to find everything even in a larger bag. I do tend to carry more than I need since it's such a large bag, but the straps are long so it's extremely comfortable to carry on either shoulder. Beautiful craftsmanship!

Was disappointed in the size. It was smaller than I thought once I received it. Had to send it back. So disappointed as I do love Patricia Nash's purses.

I purchased the pink/white tote and when I opened the box, the smell that permeated the air was rank! I had no idea where it was originating from, but I immediately threw away the box thinking perhaps it was an insecticide that had been sprayed in the storage facility. I hung the tote by one handle on a closet door to air out, but 2 days later the odor continues to emanate from it. I had placed the tote's storage bag inside the tote and thought that maybe the smell was coming from that so threw it away. I spray just a tiny bit of air cleaner inside the bag taking care not to let the droplets touch the leather. Hopefully with these interventions, the odor will eventually dissipate. I absolutely LOVE the style, design, and the tote handle is the perfect length and very comfortable on the shoulder (even though I haven't put any personal belongings inside to carry yet). It was a very expensive item and hopefully I'll be able to keep the bag.

I really wanted to love this purse but sadly returned. I loved that the interior had lots of pockets and separation to keep items organized. The leather and the interior suede was very stiff. In person I didn't like the metallic background-was too shiny for me. After feeling this leather I will not try another purse; especially after the price I paid and they will be deducting return shipping.

Love the bag and the material but the strap was too short to wear around my shoulder.

I got this one in white with rose under lay. It was beautiful when it arrived but then the white just started peeling off like paint off a wall. It left an ugly yellowish tan underneath. Once it started peeling it just kept on going. I returned it to the company and got another style. I don't understand how that could happen unless the white color was spray painted onto the leather. Very poor quality control on her part which I have seen since I had my issue. Seems like it has been corrected and the new colors are very nice. I'm sm a bit cautious about trying to buy another one like this one again. I probably would recommend the newer models

The purse is very hard, which makes it difficult to get things in or out. The return policy is ridiculous, who can determine whether they like a purse before using it. You can't return anything if used. If you ask me, that is not demonstrating customer satisfaction.
