I wanted so much for these shoes to work. I longed for them for months. I'm 78 and my feet are very sensitive. they touched two areas on the side of my foot and it hurt. I should have bought these 20 years ago. fashion has once again passed me by. with dismay I am returning the shoes.

I've been wearing Birks for over 20 years and bought the Birko-Flor soft foot bed for the first time but had to return them because the 40 regular, which I have always bought, had the narrowest heelbed. My daughter tried them on too and her heel hung over the heelbed too. Maybe a default in the pair? I've never had this experience before. I will return them and order another style instead.

I usually love Birkenstock but this shoe is so painful on the left outside I can't wear them. I tried several times, but they just don't work.

I have never tried birkenstock shoes before. I did know the run very small. I wore a 37 in Naot, 38 in most Wolkys. Needed a 36 in this brand. But the support wasn't enough for me. Naots and Wolkys offer me more lateral support.

Being on my feet all day, and walking all day, these shoes don't make the cut. Extreme heel and foot fatigue when wearing. Plus, they are not really silver, they are like a fake texture color.

Wrong item sent to me, not even close to what I ordered. A Completely different style. Trying to get help with a Return was next to impossible through their website. I'll order elsewhere in the future. Zappos used to be great, not anymore.

Very dissatisfied with the purchase. Poorly manufactured. Appears shoes purchased in store are better quality than online.

I have been buying these sandals for at least a decade and a half. Same style same size. These could not even be tightened to fit. I think they were a men’s size. Kinda disappointed and disheartened.

The left shoe started squeaking with each step. The sole didn’t feel as soft as I expected. It hit a bone in my right foot making it uncomfortable. Had to return.

I had soft bedfoot before it was comfy but I just needed in different color but this one wasn’t the same as the old one. Its hurt my feet ?

The heel was too narrow.

The shoes were defective and I couldn’t let it go :(

So very disappointing. Shoes came dirty and worn.

Despite carefully reading the sizing info, the shoes were way too big. The synthetic material in the upper was stiff and felt unpleasant on my feet. The top buckle strap cut into my great toes painfully. The soft foot bed was much more comfy than the original, which I never bought. I read all the reviews and was sorry I had not before, with most comments praising the suede upper the softest. I exchanged the pair for a new one a size smaller and with a suede upper. They fit perfectly. My one concern is that the buckles are on the last hole. If the straps stretch over time, the fit will be too loose. Several reviewers noted that if you are a woman and don’t have truly wide feet, you should order the narrow. I think that’s good advice. However, I am truly enjoying my new sandals. If the straps stretch, I will find a way to add new holes.

I am so disappointed in Birkenstocks. Narrow is no good. Makes the shows look cheap, and they don’t fit. Have been wearing Birks since the 19&0s. They just aren’t the same as they used to be. :(

*Sigh* So sad I have to give up on Birkenstocks. The new "narrow only" styles are way too narrow. And I don't have fat feet. Have tried several styles that are now only available in narrow. Makes me very forlorn that I have to give up on this brand. :(

The upper is not leather and the attachment of the upper to the footbed at the arch caused painful blistering. It's the first time that I've encountered this with Birkenstocks, so I think it might be because the upper is not leather. We had to return it because of this.

Zappos sent me a used pair in a plastic bag - was not even provided the Birkenstock box! Returned the product immediately.

Stick to the real leather birks. The birko-flor is not worth the dollars saved. I opened the box and the fake leather was already coming off the seam

I got a used pair with foot prints so I returned. Will order a different hopefully new pair ????

Seriously? I got a pair of Birkenstocks in a plastic bag-not a Birkenstock shoe box-like the many others I have gotten from Zappos and there were FOOT marks in them-Really?!! I do not want USED shoes for $110. That is ridiculous. Not impressed. I have never had this happen from my many Zappos orders and am really disappointed. I want new shoes when I am ordering from here so I will return and try again-I guess not the same style. Seriously. makes me want to cry.

The shoes are very nice but upset there was so much glue on the front of each shoe
