I used to wear this boot in a size 8. 5D about 5 years ago now I wear a 9D. I tried a 10 and a 9. 5 they were both to big. I'm very happy with this purchase, the Braddock is the best boot made for me, the fit the wide sole, very comfortable right outta the box! It is also one of Keen's Made in USA boot, which makes it even better! Very well made and will last me for a long time!

I recently bought two pairs of these boots. The first pair I put on had a very short shoelace for the right boot. You can barely tie it.

I had other pairs of keen boots in the past both utility and hiking boots, the utility boots I had lasted maybe 7 months. I did some searching and apparently the USA made utility boots last much longer. I was pretty excited to try these on but man was I disappointed. The boot was quite small by about a full size. I wear an 11.5 these were closer to a 10.5. The tongue of the boot dug into the top of my foot and the laces were also a bit short. Would not recommended at all. I'll be going back to my thorogoods. Keep trying keen I have faith you can figure out a good boot!

Liner inside boot was folded over and sewn incorrectly.
Bummer eh? I like your boots but that clearly slipped past your QC.

These are my favorite boots by far. I've bought 3 pairs over the last several years and thankfully they haven't really changed.

I have had a pair that I have worn for work for well over two years. I usually wear the souls off my shoes in one years. The original pair is still going strong; I wanted a back pair.

I have been buying these boots for 10 years, and I usually get 2-3 years out of them even in the toughest conditions. They hold up fine on construction sites, and in my experience they grip oily concrete better than purpose build non slip boots. The all leather design in the final success. Any other boot I have tried falls apart after 6 months to a year. These hold strong no matter what. And when I say these are water proof I mean it. My old pair when it was finally worn out after 3 years, the outsole was shredded and falling off, and some of the leather sewn seems were letting go, and they still didnt let any water in when I walked through ankle deep water, boot completely submerged minus about an inch from the top, and not a drop of water came in. Only 2 things I will say is first if you work in an environment where oil and chemicals may get on your boots, make sure to use some sort of leather protection, chemicals will wreck the leather way faster. Not keens fault just a property of leather. Second, I find they run a little narrow. I dont use wide shoes and I never have a problem but when I order these boots they rub against the outside of my foot just a little for the first couple weeks so I might recommend trying wide if your not sure. And not that this matters but Ive never seen a better looking boot I mean the style is just great!

I have been wearing Keens for over a decade, and this is the first pair that I've been thoroughly unsatisfied with. The fit is loose, the heel slips regardless of how tight you pull the laces, my ankle gets rubbed raw inside of them, and the laces pop off the cleats regularly, resulting in loose laces. I went back to a previous model in hopes that this is just a poor fit for me. Unfortunately in trying to be patient breaking them in, I missed the 30 day window.

I work in an engine room and love these boots. Very comfortable against the metal deck. The slight toe spring makes it easy to walk. The rubber coated toe is ideal for someone who is kneeling a lot.

On my third pair; sadly for Keen the first one lasted 10 years. But now I've bought two pair (same model) at the same time, both with steel toe, one low, one mid height as work shoes. But wait! I wear the low version all the time because the wide toe box is so comfortable for me, and I could kick the cat and not hurt myself. But I said "could" because I won't kick my cat, I just wear the steel toe because I work (hobby) with granite and I could drop some on my foot. Anyway, the low version is my dress shoe. OK, I don't live in the city.

The only thing I would change, is to give me longer shoe laces. I like to double knot my laces and there is just barely enough length to do that. Otherwise, great fit out of the box!

Tried on the Braddock's in a store locally and the 10.5 felt good but 10 felt a little short against my big toe. They did have the all leather so I ordered those (size 10.5) from the website and now they are a little too big and rubbing my heels badly. Since they have been worn to work I cannot return them. This was a pretty expensive purchase for me and I tried on the 10.5 twice at this store to be sure and they fit really nicely. Stuck between ending up with messed up feet or having to not pay some bills to get a size 10. Frustrating that there was this difference between the regular Braddock and the all leather. You would think the sizing would've exactly the same? Otherwise they seem fine so far...

I've had great boots from Keen, and really poorly made boots from Keen. I tried avoiding this company altogether about a year ago after a couple bad pairs of boots - but I just can't find any other boots that fit my feet as well.
These Braddock boots are comfortable and have a wide toe-box that is unlike any other brand on the market that I've found. The stitching has been coming apart on one of the boots for a while now and these boots are less than 8 months old, so that's not great.
I wear these boots everyday, mostly in an office environment. When I'm not in the office, I'm at commercial/industrial worksites and doing chores on an acreage.

Hi,
The Braddocks are outstanding! I was wearing Thoroughgood boots for a while.Good boots, however on uneven terrain they hurt my feet. I have two pair of Keen shoes/boots,(American Line) One pair for hiking, and one for "commuting" back and fourth to work,(and I love them!). I decided to "see" if Keen had a work boot that accommodated uneven terrain, kind of like a cross between a hiking boot and work boot. They did.........The Braddocks. They ARE the most comfortable, lightweight, supportive, and rugged work boot I have worn in my 24 years at my job. They are made in U.S.A. and are unparalleled to any other boot I've come across, (Red Wing,Carolina,Thoroughgood, etc.) Thank you for a terrific product!
My Best,
Jeffrey M. Sebastian
P.S. Credit to Keen's customer service. They were kind enough to send me an email on a couple of different "lines" of boots, that fit my description on what I needed. They hit the "Bullseye!"

I bought these after my Braddock waterproof Mid's fabric lace loops broke. I really liked those boots! Ordered the same size, a size UP from my norm, just as I did with my first pair. A comfortable fit and boot, but not the same as the other style. I can feel the tongue on the top of my foot, which bugs me a bit. Was tempted to send back from a smaller size to see if it helped with the overall fit but thought it would likely just cram my toes. Still well-made boot all in all!

This is my third pair of these boots. They are some of the most comfortable boots I've ever owned. The stitching does eventually wear out around the crease at the base of the toes, which ruins the waterproof feature, but overall I love these boots.
